Such a pity. Very nice in fact too nice and designer put in so much effort. 8.4m so after 2026?
Assume price down to $50/nite at full cap (curr pricing is way expensive) it will draw in 4.32m/yr (5yrs till 2026 is 21m).
So what is the operating expenses/yr and how many decision makers involved? That is assuming no major renovation required & thai TAT open for less restrictive international travel.

So exactly what will one get for $8.4 million? The lease for the hotel (including all of its rooms and the pool) and a signed hotel management contract, both of which will be valid till 2026? Or will you get the ownership title of the hotel and it’s underlying land plus a signed hotel management contract that has a term till 2026?
