I suspect this is still on the market. Having watched many videos of such places, some ways from Marrakech (this quite a ways), I wonder what the draw is, who stays at them. Many seem quite lovely, but nearly all of them seem to have very limited activities available, so I suspect the clientele are looking just to "get away" or something along those lines. Very different, of course, than riads in Marrakech, just in the offerings. I suppose different things for different people. This place does seem quite lovely and nicely positioned in the terrain.

The view up to April on the Atlas Mountains is one of the best in the world.Better than the view on the Alps or the Pyrénées orientales in winter.

I think this hotel needs a horse club for horse riding or just learning to ride horses.Or some pedagogical activities like beekeeping
There is a stables with horses on site and it is possible to ride.
