If that's the same one that was shown a couple weeks ago on another channel, I'd be hard pressed to offer $800K USD. I would want the best structural Engineer in the world to inspect every inch. Tiles were buckling on floors and walls, hard wood floor ruined in front of balcony doors, one bedroom showed major water stains on wall..... I'd be scared to even touch the railing, no way I'd fill that jacuzzi! Sinking fund won't be enough to repair, expect a special sinking fund to be charged to all owners for needed repairs on structure.

If they had 50sqm here in The Cove, I would have bought even if it's B170K/sqm

Buying property in Thailand is so complicated with very little security for your investment, if they were to make things easier and allow foreigners to own the land it sits on the property market in Thailand would be booming. I will wait until the laws change but I’m not holding my breath so will invest elsewhere it’s a shame as I love some of the properties out there, beautiful property and worth every penny but if your not Thai it’s a none starter for me.

Such a pity. Very nice in fact too nice and designer put in so much effort. 8.4m so after 2026? Assume price down to $50/nite at full cap (curr pricing is way expensive) it will draw in 4.32m/yr (5yrs till 2026 is 21m). So what is the operating expenses/yr and how many decision makers involved? That is assuming no major renovation required & thai TAT open for less restrictive international travel.
