- Today we are thrifting goodwill and this one is soooo good! It never disappoints! I got a cart of of home decor to resell back at my shop.

Yeah - I’ve learned to put it in my cart and think about it. Too many times I’ve left it then gone back a few mins later and it’s gone!!

I live in a city in Texas with the population of over 100,000. We have two Goodwill stores. They both look like someone backed a trash truck to the door and the employees slung the stuff on the shelves, then had the nerve to ask outrageous prices.
They never have sales except for 25% off a chosen color tag that pertains only to clothes.
Needless to say, they’re a pitiful excuse for a Goodwill and they lost me and many others as customers a long time ago.
I know what you're saying. My Michigan stores looked like they get a lot of their merchandise out of the dumpsters, too. I get jealous watching people shop in those beautifully packed thrift stores with so much I'dlove to buy.

Loving everything you picked up! I do adore birds. We have a pigeon who is cheeky and loads of laughs. I live in Australia and feed the native birds so we have Rosellas, Cockatoos, Corellas, Magpies, Galahs, Carrawongs etc in our yard. Fun times watching them 😂

Thank you for flipping up the little plastic seat in the basket! Some thrifters leave them down and put glass in the basket, which causes me SO MUCH STRESS AND ANXIETY 💀

We just threw it all away! No idea people still liked this kind of stuff! Wish I could have given it to you! So interesting.
