Miraculous Ladybug has unleast better writing, and more charming characters, to make up for it's animation quality.

The whole point of Metro Man retiring and faking his death was that he got tired of his superhero routine, and that opened the gates for Megamind to become a hero and defeat Tighten! How can one mess up a storyline like this?!?

For second i thought i watched the Indonesian reviews with that introduction (and yes i'm an Indonesian).Also really wish this series isn't a continuation but rather more to it's own stand-alone tv series like what they did to Penguins Of Madagascar,Kung Fu Panda Tv series,Trolls,and others

I had to re-watch 6:23 so many times because I couldn’t comprehend what they were saying with the weird voice acting…
Because the lips didn't sync to the words so it was just an open mouth with audio coming out of nowhere and because of the fact none of the things said to each other even made sense

It’s a shame the original Megamind got overshadowed by films like Despicable Me. We could’ve gotten a good sequel by now if it had done better.

People SHOULD be mad at bad kids shows. Kids dont only deserve, but need quality entertainment. In fact, kid animation should be held at high stagdards and be enjoyable for the whole family. Kids fed brainrot will grow up as brain rotted adults.

This feels like a generic late 2000s or early 2010s 2D animated show that only lasted 1 or 2 seasons that nobody remembers, except now it’s in 3D and not 2D.
That, or another generic Dreamworks show that nobody watches or cares about. I know there are good ones but as are their movies, the shows Dreamworks pump out are as inconsistent as their movies.
Except when it’s king Julian or the penguins show, for some reason. They are far more out there than the original movies.

I like to think that this isn’t even Megamind and that it never got a sequel
I like to believe that this was just Megamind trying to make a show out of himself for the public (and Roxanne) for entertainment and to make himself look cool, but he just had absolutely no experience.
Jeez..i can't get over the way megamind makes those facial expressions, it's just straight up cringe and unsettling whereas the megamind movie facial expressions were genuinely funny and i do mean like an intense facial expression where you can tell what they are expressing and feeling but..man is this sequel a pain for the eye's to look at, it's like the animators made it hateful on purpose
Oh yea on a side note, nobody's mentioning or noticing minion's change of voice actor, like I genuinely enjoyed the voice of minion in the megamind movie, it was fun and had a touch of minion being an adorable fish

i tried watching this series all the way through just to say that i did and it was genuinely so brainrottingly boring that about halfway through episode 7 i paused it and put on a different show for about 10 minutes just to have the energy to finish it and then i gave up midway through episode 8
also this show's inability to create any decent original character design needs to be studied

That roach episode is where I had to _stop_ , like even with a review pointing out how stupid and ridiculous that whole premise is… it still feels like my brain cells are being devoured, just knowing it even exists 💀💀💀💀Just knowing that a professional production team saw that script and were like, *Oh yea! This! THIS right here! This is an EXCELLENT plot that befits the Megamind name and franchise! OG fans and new fans will absolutely LOVE this masterpiece! I don't believe that the creators of 'Megamind Rules' ever watched 'Megamind' and/or 'Megamind vs The Doom Dyndicate', and they just guessed what happened in the movie, the only thing they know about 'Megamind' is the characters.

I'll watch the second season if one the animation will be improved a little bit that DreamWorks will listen to the criticisms of the second movie and series and two they at least bring back the original voice cast I see that unlikely they will bring the voices back but it's worth a try at least.
