how did the ancient romans have tobacco if its native to the Americas?
Even though the Roman-Empire fell in 476 after Christ, the Byzantine Empire (in my language called the East-Roman Empire) fell in 1453. Columbus went in 1492 to America, that means that people that lifed in the Byzantine Empire (East-Roman Empire) could have smoked sigarettes after its fall!!!
Maybe a far stretch, but a Byzantine person could have gone with the vikings to America in around the year 1000 after Christ.

Yes they must have im half italian so i love when i go to italy all my italian family smoke & most of their freinds and they havent had any major health problems in young age & noone is bothered wen you smoke a cigarette, hell in the past i have even seen cops smoking cigarettes there, this was 10 years ago so dunno if they still all do now
