Thank you! I have a bad bruise on my left wrist and it is making my exercise much harder than it has to be. 😅
Thanks thats actually helped me a lot. The problem I've found is that if I use a competition KB its fine but if I use an 18kg cast iron that's half the size it seem to put more pressure on one spot.
There might be differences based on the size of the bell you are using. You could change your grip and control where the cast iron bell rests more to help.
