I just got the same thing from my local music store for $225 used…without a scratch on it…looks brand new…I intoned it…adjusted the neck & pickup & string height & love it!!!
My first main guitar was (and still is) an Ibanez Artcore, also a semi-hollow. But after I played some Teles and Strats,I fell in love with maple necks and boards. This guitar just might be the perfect marriage of these two characteristics I love (that "ES-335-esque" type of bridge and sounds/tones, and a satin maple neck/board)
@@zandmanproductions6348 If you really fall in love with it, maybe consider getting a classic vibe in the future. It's an amazingly perfect guitar. It's very comfortable and it sounds awesome. They put some special humbuckers in it.
With about 60% of my Squier guitars and basses, I've replaced the pickups and string tuners. U get a good bare bones instrument, and just put on the pickups U want. (Especially, on my Classic Vibe instruments.) ❤❤❤❤🎸🎶
I bought a black one and will be putting on a Warmoth maple Strat neck w/stainless steel frets, graphite nut, with Lindy Fralin PAF humbuckers, Hipshot chrome locking tuners, new wiring, etc. I plan on taking out a 2nd mortgage on my kidneys to pay for it. Wish me luck.
I love the way that fenders never lose their fender sound.
I know what you mean man, can't get enough of it.

Awesome video - it’s great to get a personal opinion on guitars and gear. Always loved the idea of the Starcaster, and the colour is fantastic! ❤
Glad you enjoyed it!
I just ordered one here in Canada and it cost $409.00. I love the red, yours sounds great to me.
Squire will take you higher. I have a classic vibes starcaster and it is a absolute BEAST🎉
I just picked up the white one yesterday. Absolute steal for the money.
Sweet guitar, really love that color. I own the classic vibe starcaster and I really love it.
Thanks man, they really are great guitars. The classic vibes look really nice. What color did you go with?
@@zandmanproductions6348 I have the walnut finish, it's beautiful.

At the end of the day you can make your own affordable custom guitar!
D'ya consider it suitable for playing jazz?
Slayed it my guy! Love from AZ
Thanks bro!!
Great video! Does this sound good with a slide? I really want a hollow body to play slide with.

Can you do a comparison between this startcaster and a Donner dst 152? Thanks !!
I love this video
The white one has binding. Is it pretty cool ?
what u think about this guitar to play liek queen of stone age in drop c? or similar ty
As long as you have a good amp, you should have no problem playing most music
'promosm'
Can i play metal with this guitar ?
You probably could get away with it. Definitely better with the clean tones though
for a couple hundred, you can have the contemporary. semi-hollow, no "F" holes and active pickups. search it up. pretty good guitar as well.
I am in doubt between this red or sunburst
Either one will be nice. Go with the one that will make you happier in the long run
tune it
