I was wondering though, could I add cocoa to this mixture to make them chocolate?

My cake pan is 8” in diameter and it’s about 3” in hight. I was planning to make a layer cake with a berry bavarois filling and a buttercream frosting, what do you think?
You'd need either xanthan gum or a replacement for the xanthan gum. I haven't quite found one myself, but I've heard some things about either guar gum or actually substituting cornstarch for the xanthan gum. Not sure if this would work, but it's worth a try.
If you have ever used flour(wheat) in that sifter even if 20 years ago, that sifter will make the cookies Not Safe for people; with Celiac disease . I think your recipe sounds incredible and will make them soon. Can I freeze the cupcakes so I can make them weeks in advance

Hi I love your videos can anyone reply for the cupcakes you know how you use a machine can you use a blender this is probably a weird question but this is for my end of year food exam they don’t have that machine they said I can use a blender I just want to make sure can you do that with these cupcakes when you make them?
I would not use a blender. The cake will end up being gummy. Instead, I would mix everything by hand. It will take longer and may be tiring, but it can be done.
At this point, whatever is cheapest. Butter is crazy expensive these days. I usually get my butter from Lidl because it's within walking distance from my house. I always use salted butter, too.

I'm sure you could, but you'll need to bake it longer. I would check it at the 25 minute mark, but it will probably need more like 30-35 minutes.
