That's Immaculate - rare to see seats that good. They all seem to sag, but that's really nice. I've got a black Mk 3 TTS - awesome car - the TTS is such an underrated car.
The seats on a Mk3 dont really sag the leather "creases", especially the thigh restraint as you know. if you keep it nourished with leather conditioner it doesnt happen, unless a "big" lad drives it. I have had 11 TTs over the years from Mk1s TTS, RS, coupe and rag top the seat "sag" never got worse as long as I treated them.
Just picked one of these up after owning focus st mk2 for 4yrs this is 1000times better definitely don't regret

@@blackflagpirate3444 I think a Stage 1 Revo on a stock TTS gets around 315 BHP which is sweet !

@@alexmiclaus410 Mine good so far, the black edition in black is a beauty but I did have an earlier Mk3 and the rear Diff went for a shit on that.
Love it audi tt mk2 are great cars for modifications

@Car Lube TV, anything from VW Audi group is good Motors. Shame about the bumps on road around 5:12 still it was smooth handling. Enjoy it both of you😍
Im thinking about getting a TTS mk2 in Black with 6 speed manual and racing seats. But for the price I could get a newer 7 GTI or Z4 so I dont really know what to do. My thoughts are that the Audi has the best interieur and will hold his price after a few years because the mk3 will be last tt. And it has more power and sound than the other 2. But the Z4 is a convertible and is a little bit an allrounder. I like TTS because its a little a R8 without being too aggressive like the RS.

It's wonderful i have it like about a year it's very nice fast fun to drive and very stylish looking newer than wat she really is
It's practical at the same time
You can fit 2 ppl in the back for short time like 20 KM MAX
My friend have a golf GTI MK 7 also very nice and mor practical but not as fun and sexy

Bear in mind the manual is almost half a second slower than the DSG.
I’m in a mk8 golf r and I’m selling to get into the mk2 ttrs. Tech is cool but it sounds meh (4pot 🤷♂️) that sweet sweet 5cyl 🤤

I haven’t had a tt for exactly ten years and never a tts , literally started looking tonight on auto trader for the exact same model and year but with a tronic, would you recommend the tts , thanks

We sold it to another mate, as was time to move on, I still get to drive it from times time.

How reliable is the car, talking about engine and gearbox ?Thinking of getting one
Alex Miclaus this is a wicked car mate, keep on top of the maintenance and you won’t have any issues.
Watch out for noisy rear diffs, I have had two fail - on a Mk2 TTS and a Mk3 TTS thankfully both covered by warranty. Audi extended Warranty is a MUST for these cars and for less than £500 / year worth doing. The later cars are far more reliable but the window drop mechanism is also a weak point, seat thigh restraint also crease so need to treat with leather nourishment twice a year which will prevent this.
Random question but does this car or any of the Audi TT ranges come with a USB port?
Not on this model, BUT, if you want one, they are fairly easily added if you buy a socket off AliExpress then run power from cigarette lighter.

I think these were the 19 inch option on the car when it was sold new for the black edition TTS.

Make sure cam follower has been changed aswell easy cheap and a must do

Have the roadster tuned to 334 bhp ttrs grille maxton splitter side blades straight piped exhaust i love the car
This car has now been remapped to 300 hp 420 foot-pounds with a oem exhaust mod.. totally different car

The manual and the dsg have launch control . With the manual your have to look up how as cant remember sequence
Tell him to get a stage 1 remap makes a massive difference. And to get the haldex oil with the filter changed
Razcal K thanks mate, it’s going to get a remap soon and heldex has just been serviced too so all good
@@carlubetv nice well make sure who ever done the haldex oil also changed the filter as audi will not do this and filter gets clogged there is also another filter on the actual pump aswell which also should be cleaned.
When he does the remap one main item to change is called the cam follower very easy to do yourself and important to change cost around 50 pound. 👍
