do you think a reading slump is just when we're overstimulated? when i'm in one i feel like it's hard to hear that voice in my head or my body or wherever that's telling me what i'm feeling, and then it's hard to make decisions about what to read or engage with, and weirdly related to that, i thought the burps were the most relaxing part of the video🫂😌✨ i hope work isn't wearing you down too much and you find your lovely, nice, centered clarity soon! 🍁🫶🏻💖🥰
my hours finally got a little less and i def notice i feel a lot better! i do think it def has something to do with overstimulation or just when there’s too many things going on in my life! i love burping what can i say
