I tried Neosensory for a year consistently. Used it for 10, 20 and 30 minutes a day. . Finally gave up. Using Treble Health sound therapy now. Still into my 45 day trial. I've had less spikes with my tinnitus. We'll see where this goes.

Stop recommending lenire it's dangerous. Just let the flop die out completely. Also comparing it to the shore device is greatly diminishing the importance of that device.

Just wait for the shore device it was tested with placebo groups. And has worked on guinea pigs (depressed, anxious, noise exposed guinea pigs become less depressed and anxious)
Also some crafty people who stand to benefit nothing from it have made homemade versions of the device. Based off the patents for the device they personality report that it works against non somatic types as well.

*MY REVIEW:* I've bought 3 neosensory wristbands. But not mainly because of my slight tinnitus, but predominantly because I wanted to "enhance my senses". You can set each of the 3 wristbands to be sensitive to a different frequency range, which makes more of them more useful.
In my opinion charging 1000$ for what's essentially the same technology as your phone's buzzer but on your wrist is acutal insanity and exploitation of people in need. I get that if the wristband would keep its promise that richer people might have a benefit, but I don't see that; and I really believe in that kind of technology. The wristband's materials have a very good quality, the battery charge lasts long, and you can 'kind of' customize it. But in my experience it's neither good as a hearing enhancement, nor is it good for treating tinnitus. That's mainly because it's so insensitive to sound (at least compared to my normal hearing) that the wristband itself is basically hearing impaired. This sounds funny, but for a product which should help with hearing this is a failure. The wristband is basically just useful to those who cannot hear at all, or who are severely hearing impaired. On top of that, a single wristband is just a 'preview' (and that for 1000$!) and you would need AT LEAST 4 of them (each set to a different frequency range) to even badly approximate human hearing.
The vibrations you feel on your wrist are very cool at first, but after an hour your skin starts to slowly lose blood and it becomes insensitive to the vibrations, because you have to strap it tight to your wrist in order to get the maximum quality of sound to vibrations. This is a design flaw in my opinion. I've tried two wristbands chained together around my neck to better approximate (both in location and laterality) my normal hearing system (i.e. my ears) and that worked A LOT better.
Furthermore, because the vibrations of each of the 4 vibration motors in a wristband have the same "color", meaing they all have the same vibration frequency, you can hardly tell a difference between them. Your wrist isn't as sensitive to touch as your finger tips are. In my opinion it's a HEAVY design flaw to make all of the 4 vibration motors generate the exact same frequency, because that makes distinguishing them incredibly difficult.
My current review is: If you have the money to buy this very expensive "tech toy", go for it. It's a very unique experience. And if you're fully deaf or severly hearing impaired it's honestly a life saver. But the current iteration of the neosensory wristband is still just a dim reflection of what's actually possible with this kind of technology. And also one wristband isn't enough in my experience, you need a minimum of 2 to 3, and at best 4 or more.

I can see AuD panning the Neosensory Duo as it is sold directly. The Lenire has a massive mareup and requires you to get via an AuD. All about the $, not helping people.

Dear Dr.Ben, I got Tinnitus a month ago after two weeks my Hearing Test by "Miracle Ear" (it was free testing in my area and I wanted to check even though I didn't have any problems). So, I didn't know anything about Tinnitus, even name for this condition. I was terrified. I looked into Web and found a lot of Info, and I found you and immediately start using your Sound Therapy. Also I am trying to use neck exercises and massage , which I can find. Still one question bother me: why I got this issue after hearing test? What was wrong with this test that cause Tinnitus for person with good hearing? Please, can you explain? I am scientist and believed in knowledge first of all. I ask you because you have passion in fighting this terrible condition. I am going to think about your new device and take the quiz now. Thank you for you wish to help!

DISCOVERED THAT THE NEOSENSORY DUO WORKS A LOT BETTER WITH HEADPHONES CONNECTED TO YOUR SMARTPHONE. HIGH FREQUENCIES ARE DIRECTIONAL. YOU NEED GOOD HEADPHONES TO DELIVER THE HIGH FREQUENCIES TO YOUR EARS TO WORK WITH THE WRISTBAND DEVICE. I NOTICED A BIG DIFFERENCE IN HOW EFFECTIVE THE NEOSENSORY DUO WORKED. IT EVEN SHIFTED THE FREQUENCY DOWN LOWER - EASIER TO DEAL WITH. I AM ONE DAY 1 . WILL REPORT BACK HERE WITH PROGRESS. Being a electronics technician for over 50 yrs. Real good at solving problems
