Thank for the helpful video Tim. Is there a reason you are using the manychat 'send message' box to send the link rather than just putting the link to your site in the final AI step ?
No specific reason I was just playing.

For example if the first response is from manychat and it knows the users name (using the first name field), to then pass that name to the AI step so that it can continue the conversation and it knows their name?
Once manychat has recorded your name, you're good to go. Names and any other information can be passed along to any part of the flow using the custom user field brackets in the flow builder. That's a tall order for me, I've never created an ecommerce bot, I do all my own sales in a website platform www.fastpages365.com which has fantastic ecommerce store/product tools. I only create videos around how I use Manychat kind of like a documentary as I discover ways it's helpful to my business.
