The video is very useful. However, "temp: 0.7" or other parameters don't work in the web ChatGPT interface. You can use these in OpenAI API or Playground, but they don't set the model's temperature (or other parameters) in the web interface. Although they do have some impact, as a part of the prompt.

Yeah in the chat you can ask it to translate in the language of what you want. I was writing a story as my character talking in Chinese and the text in Chinese too, while have the conversation translated in English too.
ChatGPT 4 0 pro is useless to write a novel. It cannot remember commands over multiple sessions. It creates files with characters that make it impossible to convert to PDF or DOCX files. It forgets things randomly and it says you have to reload your entire work every single session. It nows how to set up a file system but doesn't do it even when commanded to. For instance, it shows only part of a chapter when I ask it to show a chapter. It will create all new chapters when as to show what you have already written. The Plus version has severe limitations like a document length limit of 30,000 words and an input limit of only a few hundred words. I used it for a week and cancelled.
I appreciate the effort that went into doing this video, but I can’t understand many of the words, even with the “cc” on….. Seems all of the brightest guys come from another country these days!
