Thank you! I recommend using "All Posts/Reels" so you can create one automation and use that in multiple posts in reels. Otherwise, you go with one post/reel and you need to duplicate the same automation multiple times (aka more work). As long as the keywords aren't similar, you can turn them on without any problems.

Yes, that's possible! Just create a new automation. The trigger of that automation should be "User sends a message", and then set it to "message contains thank you". Hope this helps!

I clicked on ‘I follow’ button, but I wasn’t following the account. I instantly received a message that ‘You’re not following the account’ How can you set this up?

That way their contact details go into my crm. Or is it better (but fiddly) to capture their name and email in instagram and send it to a google sheet? Hey Kate! I don't recommend sending anyone to a landing page. Landing pages only convert at 5%, while Chat Funnels (like the one in this video) convert at 50% or higher. I recommend asking their information in the DMs and then sending it to your CRM via an integration. Yes, then you can leave the initial live chat settings as they are. You can also setup a notify action as well, if you want your client to be notified of new messages.

Nope, it only applies to automated messages. With the Live Chat, you have a 7-day window to reply to questions from users. Important = you should use this 7-day window to answer questions that were already asked, and not promote anything.

I wouldn't recommend sending them to a landing page. A landing page has a conversion of 5%, while a Chat Funnel has a conversion of 50%. So ask for their name + email in the Chat Funnel and then deliver the freebie in the Chat Funnel. That will give you better results.

You need to pay for Pro. Removing the contacts doesn't have any effect on a free plan. But, when you are on the Pro plan you can remove contacts to lower your Manychat bill. You get this data automatically in Manychat. Just add a condition to your automation and look for the "Follows Business" field.

I am not sure whether you can use the User Input with the Free plan… just to make sure: are you on the free trial or on the free plan?
