I'm watching this while wearing my own Zenith Pilot in steel. I got to visit Watches and Wonders and sat down with Zenith to see their novelties. Their diver was the top release for me this year's W&Ws. Since I already have the black Pilot, I'm leaning more on the blue diver, although the black one has a bit of a classic look.
I do agree with you about your Zenith pilot. Nice watch. I hope you can get all the issues taken care of. You want that baby running just right and I don't blame you.
Thank you man. They called me this morning and I had a great conversation with the watchmaker. They are sending me a label to send back. The president of Zenith emailed me and said if there is no quick resolution they will send me a new one. I’m not sure of any other company that would do that. 😊😊🤙🤙

thats really good to hear … at this price its really tough to pull the trigger.. I love the watch but have heard they aren’t the most accurate watches .. given it’s the same price as many Rolex I love, and I still need more Rolex .. I can’t bring myself to pull the trigger
That Defy Skykine Chronograph is my new grail! I think it is the best looking chronograph on the market. In combination with the customer relations, history, etc. I think it’s just unbeatable 🤩. The triple calendar is amazing, too!
How has the strap (faux Cordura) been for you? I've read elsewhere that it comes apart easily on one side. Is it sturdy, in you opinion? Comfortable? Thanks for the follow-up review.

Thanks Tony! Great video! I am obsessed with getting a Zenith pilot, got tiny wrists though, 6”, it looks great on you, whats your wrist size? Do you think my wrist can pull it of?
I wasn’t the biggest zenith fan and I was deadset on buying the Iwc ingenieur , but could not justify the 11,700 price tag since it has the mark xx movement so I narrowed my choice down to gp laureato and zenith defy. Today I decided to pick up the zenith defy in 36mm . I absolutely love my plain Jane defy
Zenith is having some teething issues with these new EP movements. My Chrono Original and Sport both have the hr register move without the chronograph activated. My blue skyline was running slow. Still love the brand. Traded the original in for the new triple calendar and swapped out the blue skyline to the silver dial. Kept the Sport and will get it repaired.

That defy chrono was my favorite release of the year- with the Cartier dual time coming in 2nd. Don’t have a zenith yet would love to someday!

The new defy chronograph is a beautiful watch, I can’t get past that it looks like there taking design cues from the AP Royal Oak
Other way around. Zenith came out with the bezel design several years before Genta designed the Royal Oak. I actually mentioned it in the video.
