You can’t there is no way because the bios runs separate from the windows operating system

look up the master pasword for your specific motherboard bios, it's a factory default unlock password, just need some googling and you're good to go

Switch off your PC, and then open it and look in the motherboard. Remove CMOS battery for around 10 minutes and put it back. This itself will reset the existing CMOS password.
Then, when starting the computer go to BIOS settings. There should be CMOS password setup option. Just use it, and create new password.

No windows is different. If you forgot your password reformat your whole computer to what windows you are using

Nope. Windows operates independently from the settings you choose for BIOS. Removing the CMOS battery will only reset the BIOS password.

No. Windows password is dependent on the Operating System(Windows in this case). CMOS password works on all OS, like Linux or other OS.
You have to either reinstall Windows or use Windows Recovery to go back to a previous state.

No, but you do not have to reformat shit, you can just go into the window registry and 'blank out' the set password
