The sound from this muffler is totally dependent on the position of the solid mixing baffle pipe. It would be nice to know where it was set (assuming being used) for this video. Also, the sound changes as the muffler breaks in. This is likely a brand new muffler.
@@eugenegutierrez5106 You're completely missing the point of how Miata owners approach their cars. It's not for you. It's for them. If you can't understand the joy of hearing an engine at full song while attacking a canyon road, then why the fuck are you watching a Miata exhaust video on RUclips?
I have a different setup now but the SSTT exhaust was much louder than stock. Interestingly, my header, midpipe, superQ header version that I currently have is quieter than the SSTT and much less drone.
Do you have condensation/water leaking near the connection between mid pipe and exhaust ? I am on cold starts. Customer service said this was normal for all Goodwin exhausts. You?
Since the exhaust takes up less space underneath, is the underside aerodynamically affected? Does it create any stability issues at higher speeds? I watched a video of someone installing a Verus rear diffuser and claims it helps with the above issues due to smaller exhausts
Just bought one of these exhausts. Sounds awesome.

Full treble (baffle fully inserted) was used, and correct, it was probably still pretty new on the car.
people never rev it all the way out for these videos and it never sounds right
Their goal is to fool people that their car has lots of horsepower. I see so many of these in Southern California. It’s for attention.
@@eugenegutierrez5106no one with an Miata is trying to make others think they’re fast lmao

I have an ND but these things sound like rivers with an exhaust. Better stock
Didn't know you can attach an exhaust to a river.
Why is Texas so cool?
Street legal in europe?🥹
Where did you get your rear spoiler?
It’s the legsport brand. I got a knockoff on eBay that came with front lip too. I don’t see it on there anymore though x(
@@phant0mv87 You will have the link of the page, that rear spoiler is great, I am looking for one just like that.
@@phant0mv87 And if I could know how much it cost you?
@@exiquioesparza5002 I don’t see it anymore and I don’t remember how much it cost at the time
How much louder, db from stock?

Hi does it drone?
Not much. It also depends if you set it to full bass/mix/full treble. It would be more “drone” on full base setting

Huh.. I have since upgraded to full GWR exhaust but I honestly never noticed or even checked for condensation
Which rear spoiler is this?
It’s a Legsport knockoff
Bro what is the price of this car
23500

I don’t have enough experience before and after to comment on aero stability. Can’t go wrong with verus though
