It depends how you use it. On my scooter I always try to use the front brake for charging the scooter and in 5000 km I never replaced the pads

When or every 3 months you need to change or check the break pad on your scooter???

I've done 4000 km and I still haven't changed them, but if they are working like the Mtb ones, you can hear a rattling metallic sound when they need to be changed 👍🏼

You need to measure the pad diameter and to check if they have the metal ledge.

pro 2 brake pads has 4 dots.
