Bulldog is underrated here. It's not just 2 headshots to kill, it's 1 headshot and 1 body shot. One burst with ADS is essentially a one tap.

Honestly I feel like Shorty should go a bit higher, it's basically 150 creds for a guaranteed kill on defense against even rifles even if you die, and it pairs so well with Marshal and Operator (I have gotten many kills with the shorty after people try to rush me assuming I only have an op)
Edit: I'm a little bit biased since I'm a Jett main and all 3 of her basic abilities pair incredibly well with shorty.
I think it's situational,because shorty's upsides are based on what your opponent will do,when most other pistols are based on your skill.But yea,having op with a shorty is a pretty nice combo.
It's a situation you can control on defense. Enemy has to come to you, you control the angle they peek and you put your barrel against it.

@@jimbabwe6529 Drop shorty during buy phase. Pick it up once round starts. Now you have a backup classic for retake if they don't push your position!
Shorty can also be fine for retake on agents who can close gaps easily, like agents with movement abilities or smokes.
I main Guardian it fixed my aim since it's unforgiving if you miss

the classic's accuracy is so 50/50 for me, at mid range I will always either hit a headshot or miss when my aim is spot on.
it's the reason I never use it on pistol round, I hate taking that gamble.
Spectre in great value imo… in half buy rounds having a spectre can potentially win u a round and get upgrades for ur weapons
Weapons is not only depends on the situation. It's a personal preference. If the player is good at recoil control, it's better to use vandal, but if the player is very bad at recoil control, It's better to use phantom.

Bulldog needs the exact same amount of shots to kill as the phantom max range. So if you're used to phantom damage but you're playing breeze, run bulldog as it's cheaper lol.
you can tap shoot with the Frenzy which makes it almost as good as the ghost at close ranges
Depending on my econ on eco rounds, I buy from this order. Spectre if close range, ares if medium to long range(shields for both of these depends on econ and util). If I can't afford shields, then I go stinger or marshal and half shields and hope to get an upgrade. If I can't afford that, then I just full save or maybe just buy armor and util and pick up a gun.
I use every gun except bucky, bucky sucks.
Bucky is so shit but I do like destroying ppl with it while using flashes. It's on the same category as odin and knife. Weapons who do mental damage.

no way bro, in the right situations bucky can really turn a game around. Was playing split once, had the whole enemy team coming through a doorway i was holding and in 5 clicks got rid of all of them.

Bucky could be situational, peaking B short on Bind with smokes can land you an Ace if you play correctly, same with garage on Haven; smoke and shoot.
or B on split with kay/0 (defense), and ascent B on defense. This is what i usually do
I got my second ace ever with a marshal in a spike rush, def went from great value to goated in one game
Marshall is definitely goated due to being able to hold long range on eco rounds uncontested. Stinger is at least decent if not great value not just because kill value but because it allows you to confidently get a single kill then steal the corpse's gun while saving money. I tend to buy it over spectre just because I know I'll find a corpse really quick and in the meantime can chip in team fights. Plus it can be brutal at long range if you hit your bursts on any low armor people.
I would say ares is situational because of the buff the gun got the it has the same price as the specter and the spread is so short less damage but still worth it
Recoil is really high compared to pre-buff, I think it was better before the big buff and big nerf. I still get ares if I'm playing medium to long range and can't afford a guardian. Otherwise I'd rather go run and gun spectre, marshal, or stinger.

Ares is very situasional, because in low elo it's very good agaisnt rush and god knows how low elo loves to rush

Its hard to mess up guns when there is a game its based off of that has been balancing there guns for over 2 decades🤷♂️ so i dont credit riot for that. I praise their efforts in ability balancing and making more content for the game

Shorty is the best secondary.
If you have a vandal or phantom buying a sherif or a ghost is kinda pointless.
But the shorty is very good to have along with the ARs because you can check small corners with it and pull it out to finish a kill.
my first ever ace was with a stinger on b split. Ah iron is a magical place.... def great value, but very inconsistent.
The judge is so good, it forces the opponents to not rush me and respect my space 💯

I would have put the knife in situational because you can rotate with it,you can kill with it when you are out of bullets etc.Also the stinger is decent fr,run & gun,good damage for the price,has same thing as bulldog does when right clicking.Overall,those 2 are underrated af.

Guardian definitely belongs there because not enough people are abusing the fact on round 2 when you win, if some people decide to buy light shields to counter a Marshall getting free body shot kills, a guardian hits for 130 if they’re not wallbangs (plus having insane penetration *breeze pyramids for example)

spectere is goated, for sure. Neon spectere is slept on soooooo hard.
Bucky damage and range are higher than dodge meaning that you will have higher 1 shot kill Chance. also less credit (-1000)
I used to main ares in low elo and i was goated, because most people couldnt hit shots i just needed to spray their body and they would eventually die, i would also be able to buy teamates because of the low cost

4:10 marshall is going to be meta, and the players in low elo know that. I am s1 and I see a lot people in my matches, wich are good with the marshall. In eco rounds I see always 1 or 2 player wich buy one and do well frags with it

Bucky is goated for me I always use Bucky and it guarantee one shot kill in close range if used right and have a game and map sense. It don't deserve to be in Garbo #BuckyMatters

as an omen main id rather use shorty than bucky it does more damage in every single situation i force myself into
@@ah420 for shorty you have to use it really close while Bucky can be used for 7-10 m and I myself use shorty in pistol round (shotgun main) the biggest problem for me be 2 bullets which is bad when 5 people rushing at you even you using smokes but reload will get you. For Bucky I believe if you know your play it will work for sure

unfortunately all shotguns can one-tap if you hit the right spot, just the other ones have the advantage of having another shot ready immediately after the first.
