Bucky Tip: NEVER right click ever. It doesn't even out perform left click at medium range, and at long range you're better off switching to your classic.
For the Outlaw I would also say (although most probably already know it) the reload if you have 1 bullet left is VERY quick when compared to the full reload, so if you miss a bullet its very quick to just take cover and reload 1 bullet.

A little quirk with Chamber's Tour De Force sniper rifle: It's not exactly obvious but the gun is ready to shoot again long before the re-chamber animation is done. This allows you to re-scope much quicker than you'd expect, and if you time it right can lead to some crazy clips. I imagine there was some buff at some point to make the gun be ready faster after shooting, but they didn't bother updating the speed of the animation to convey that. Most newer players tend to wait for the animation to complete before shooting again.
An additional tip with the Guardian would actually be to get comfy using ADS a lot, especially at long ranges and when holding angles. It’s a little obvious, but most underestimate the impact ADS has on this gun in particular. People often forget it actually has *PERFECT* first-shot accuracy AND it has a x1.5 zoom instead of x1.25 compared to other rifles. In closer fights yeah don’t use ADS for obvious reasons, but for the long ranged fights and holding angles, treat it like you would a marshal. About half of my guardian kills used ADS. Don’t sleep on it
Another tip for bucky, with alt fire only do it if you're in mid range combat, make sure you crouch still for the snipe to actually be a snipe. And mostly aim for the neck

He also didn't mention the massive downside 0.25 degree innacuracy is, the only reason it exists is to fvck with good players so bad ones can spray them down, it's a senseless "mechanic" that makes the vandal partially a gambling game at long range (or even short some times). That could have been a good point in favor of the phantom, which has lower innacuracy.
For judge the tip is aim for the boddy. It happened to me hundereds of times that I headshot my enemy close range with Judge and do around 100 damage only, cause of spread. If u aim for head u actually do less damage than in the boddy, since boddy is wider than head and more bullets from the spread will connect.
If your playing a controller character go for phantom mainly because playing around your smokes having no tracers is helpful, phantom is better close to mid range and just play around smokes with it
I know this is late but I think Theres something missing. For example: You Can Crouch Walk with the sheriff and shoot 100% accurate.0 first bullet spread and holding long ranged angles with vandal(ADS) is actually pretty good because of the First bullet spread
the outlaw is very strong on the second round of half, say you’re on B defence in sunset and you bought an outlaw (even without shields work), just hold B main and you should be able to get two picks, it is very unlikely that they will buy full shields. same with if they lost a force buy round and dont have enough credits for heavy shields.
As someone who's relatively good at using snipers I have another tip. try not to hold your crosshair but hold the wall if you're holding an corner. it's way easier to see the change in the wall and then shoot rather that waiting for the perfect shot in your crosshair. Don't hold the wall precisely but aim a bit to the side so when they peek you, even if you have shitty reaction time you can still hit them :D And of course with neon ult aways aim more to the side that you would with any other agent because she goes zoomies and often they like to slide if they know you're holding the angle. I pissed off so many neon players doing that XD

I have also found that the phantom and vandal have different reset timings based off how you burst. Vandal resets faster with tap shooting but not the phantom, this is better known as tap efficiency
As a low elo casual scrub who practices recoil control a lot, the Ares is great if you need a little more fire rate and a larger mag than the spectre. Ares if you need to get more than one kill without reloading otherwise spectre is still good. Guardian’s first 2 shots are very accurate with the 3rd shot just slightly higher and 4th shot higher. Even with body shots if you control your shots like Vandal double taps your shots will always be accurate. Its a broke person’s Vandal for double tapping.
Another operator flick training tip: Set bots to medium difficulty and use the chamber ult. Its bullet loading speed it high enough for medium bot's speed.
Hey i think your understanding of the outlaw is a bit wrong. If you go for Headshots anyways you should use the marshall because its way cheaper. The outlaw should only be brought out on Anti-ecos because the enemies cant go halfshield confidently the next buy round or when you know the enemies cant afford full shields. Its basically a budget operator under the right circumstances. Hope this helps!
