This sounds like dude had a 9999+ different ideas for breakdowns, noises, vocals and shoved it into one song that could have made an entire 45 minute LP
This is such an exciting take on Disembodied Tyrant! Their ability to blend styles while pushing the boundaries of heaviness is truly inspiring. I can’t wait to see how they continue to evolve the metal scene.
@@Roland80I mean… it’s a nice take, but the way he done it with this song in particular was just mehh. Death Empress sounds way better and less ridiculously nonsensically heavy. They bottled the song after the first couple of minutes.
Like you were tuning different stations on the radio that's nothing but different genres of metal on various beat counts. Near panic attack trying to listen to it. lol
Blake is absolutely INSANE, an incredible vocalist/guitarist/songwriter and I'm so happy he found members for his group.. one of my fav so far. Discovered this group with The Divine Stigmata, fell in love with The Poetic Edda (one of the best EP I've heard in my life), and this last one is a masterpiece as well! I'm glad you're giving them attention, they deserve it so bad.
@@theonewhoknocks2835 that’s actually the norm. Extremely few bands can surpass themselves with each consecutive release. There’s always a magnum opus

I love symphonic elements when done properly. Sometimes symphonic metal ends up being cheesy or not well incorporated. This is an example of pulling it off.
THIS is the perfect type of metal to have going in the background while you're playing video games. No catchy moments, but just progressive noise that can enhance your playing experience.
3:12 sounds like the classic side-chain compressor hard house music but instead of the kick as the feed, it's the silence of the event-horizon between hell and deeper hell.
Dude... This band is going to Ottawa Ontario next weekend with fleshgod apocalypse, shadow of intent, ingested and the zenith passage. Tiny fucking venue that can hold a few hundred people. Gonna be insane.
This band is one of my favorite finds over the past year, the talent on display is crazy and I believe each of the musical elements mold together great \m/
Found this project a couple years ago and have been obsessed ever since. Check out the song Omenkiller if you haven't yet, the riff toward the middle of the song is chefs kiss!!!
5:04 To the guy that said “this is like if Danny Elfman wrote metal,” I get what he means, but he did write a Prog Rock album called Big Mess that I think is the closest we’ll ever get to a metal Danny Elfman album
at the 5:12 mark and this guy just used every tool in the toolbox, struck down an alien spaceship to use its technology to open a worm hole to the Shadow Realm, caught the essence of said realm to help boost the technology for retrofitting his music gear and busted out a song that may just destroy the earth's foundation!! I don't think our lives will ever be the same after hearing this.
go check out dyscarnate. the album "with all their might". Not exactly in the same vein here but heavy af and I'm still dying for a follow up to that album.
The whole EP is fucking sick, I heard this one song on your playlist earlier this week and can't stop jamming to it. After a few listens you learn the parts pretty quickly TBH. Got damm this was and IS AMAZING!!!!!!
This jam took such a different route it's not even jelly anymore. It's like a buscuit that got hard and had jam in it and then it got absorbed and got soggy again and then your mom came into the kitchen and threw it against the wall and it splattered everywhere.
The level of talent in all of the newer generation of deathcore and death metal is astounding so many great artists and musicians it really blows my mind how talented everyone is thank you for your art and music.
little shout out to the 2 songs (in my opinion) which helped lay the path for this direction of heaviness: Secret Chiefs 3 - Holy Vehm- Hypostasis of the Archons, and Secret Chiefs 3 - Exterminating Angel.
Kevin Alexander is such a sick drummer. I have seen him play with Fallujah and Beyond Creation. Im going to see this project soon with Fleshgod Apocalypse, The Zenith Passage and Ingested.
It's like Darko took all the automation on an old Skrillex track, and just applied it to one of their songs without making any changes. This is amazing.
There were definitely some All That Remains style solos and riffs in there, I almost lost it after hearing how similar it was, super catchy ATR stuff that really makes me miss Oli
Nik I recommend you and the commets section check 'In Dying Arms' check out two of their songs dreamcatcher and Stand Up . Two awesome songs by a severly underrated band
This has a bit of every single extreme metal genre, from death metal to death core to black metal and slamming brutal death metal and thall. I fkcn love it.

Also accorxing to spotify, they are unsigned right now, so maybe they are also showing off what they have in store
He probably has, but used only tens of them here 😅
I need it to be an hour long album

My kind of music.

This should win some kind of niche award for how comical it is 😂

I feel you man! Hearing this one high is a real experience.
Ive been listening to Disembodied Tyrant and Mirar on repeat lately . They are killing it.

A good deathcore band that doesn't sound like every other newer deathcore band? Thank you

sounds like melodic death metal tho ok its death core
I wouldn't call it sounding like other deathcore bands. But to me it's not too different from shadow of intent? It's still great.

This band takes the best parts of every metal sub-genre and kit bashes them together into something beautiful. Here for it. 🤘🏻🤘🏻
oh.. GOOD LORD!!! the brutality of it all!! it's freaking beautiful!
This song is just a showcase; different styles blended into one song with tech cuts to justify a bunch of different stuff.

A lot of these bands have riffs / motives that remind me a lot of Will Haven. That giant wall of sound, that’s cosmic and brooding. IMO.
