    Fortunately, these days all the units sound good, it's just a matter of picking the interface you like, and what sounds best to your ear.

    I own one. The presets aren't very good, but I've found it easy to get great sounds from it. This is the first multi effects I've used that I've found to be easy to make patches with. It's built well, compact, versatile and it sounds great. Very happy with my purchase!

      Absolutely a great little unit. I don't use any of the factory presets, but that is the same for any unit that I get. I always dial in what works for me & the instrument. Thanks for watching/commenting, & if you have not yet already, please subscribe.

    I have this unit and the Pod Go. I prefer the Pod Go but this is not a bad unit. The Pod Go effects are better but it also cost more. You get what you pay for and I was not disappointed. Fair price. Fair deal.

      I don't own the Pod Go, but I totally understand what you are saying. This unit has more than enough good sounds to make it worth the price. Thanks for watching/commenting, & if you have not yet already, please subscribe.

    2 months experience:
    - decent amp models
    - very effective EQs
    - easy, well thought-out handling
    - unfortunately poor modulation and reverb quality

      Fair assessment. I found a could of Modulations & Reverbs that I like, but taste is subjective. Thanks for watching/commenting, & if you have not yet already, please subscribe.

    Did you make a video on how to assign A-D as stomps to assign like OD Delay Rev im struggling there but I got some cool presets purchased and I made couple got some IRs Soldano Friedman 800 ect… but I’d like to be playing it like a BODPSS ME 80

      I did not do a video on Stomp Box mode. However it's how I use the GP-200 personally. Go into settings, foot switch, & there will be 3 options there. Patch mode "the Valeton GP-200 default" Stomp Mode, & user mode. Select Stomp mode & then you can use A-D to turn selected effects on & off like the Boss ME 80

    Hi! Thanks for your opinions! It helps me a lot to decide on this pedalboard! One question, did you have any problems with the Valeton? I have read many comments that after a while some buttons stop working or there is no signal. Thank you very much for your videos!

      Hi,
      I have had the unit for close to 1 year, & not a single problem. Actually the build quality is one of the main factors for me. I Livestream on my other Channel & other platforms 2 days a week, & the Livestreams are anywhere from 1.5-10.5hrs long. So it had been worked quite hard lol. No software crashes, no physical issues at all. I loved the GP-100 that I purchased with my own $ before Valeton sponsored me & sent me the GP-200. I hope this helps. Pedal grip is plastic not rubber......paint wear off easy......i was hoping this can midi control other midi pedals in the effect loop.......

      @MUSICIANGeeK  10 месяцев назад +2

      Like anything else, there will be wear & tear. Not sure if this can be used as a midi controller, but it does have a midi in & out. Thanks for watching/commenting, & if you have not yet already, please subscribe.

    The exp pedal doesn't click down.

    • @MUSICIANGeeK
      @MUSICIANGeeK  6 месяцев назад

      It doesn't actually "click" down, but it still does work like it does. You have to calibrate it 1st in the settings. You set it to how hard you have to push down on it to do a virtual click & give you the other EXP options. I hope this helps.

    So out of all the multi effects you’ve reviewed, which would you recommend for strictly bass?

    • @MUSICIANGeeK
      @MUSICIANGeeK  5 месяцев назад +1

      I have actually only tried the Valeton GP-100, & GP-200, the ZOOM MS60B, & B1 Four. The Valeton stuff, much like the other brands are about 80% Guitar stuff, & then maybe 20% Bass stuff. With the Valeton, the Bass effects are actually pretty good. However, the 2 ZOOM units, those are 100% for Bass. Just Bass amp models & effects. No Guitar stuff at all. As far as I know, ZOOM is the only company that makes a exclusive Bass, amp modelers/multi effects processors. They have other units far larger then the B1 Four. So based on amount of options, I would say the ZOOM B1 Four. I have done reviews on all of those units. Multiple videos on this channel with playlists showing every single sound in all 4 units. That way you can be the judge. Thanks for watching/commenting.
