Joguei Ride 3 todos os dias por um mês. Estava começando a ficar bom. Logo depois comprei Ride 4! Achei melhor o Ride 4 pelo seguintes: 1. Multiplayer, n fica caindo e é infinitamente melhor os métodos de acesso. 2. Tem um método por lista onde vc escolhe e cria as salas de corrida. 3. Pode criar regras de nível mínimo de jogabilidade. 4. Sobre a pilotagem são mais suave as respostas dos movimentos da moto. Porém, tem menos poder de curva imediata e frenagem ( Eu Piloto moto e achei bem mais real). Verdade que se bobiar e encostar vai cair mesmo! 5. Mas vc pode criar uma sala sem colisão. Acho q qm reclama do Ride 4 é pq não está disposto a desenvolver sua jogabilidade como teve nos Ride anteriormentes. Principalmente, em alguns casos, pq ja tinha seu ego de bom jogador 😅. Super recomendo ride 4. 6. O Ride 4 tem um gráfico que justifica vc ter um console mais top como ps4 pro, ps5, xbox one x, serie x...
In a typical Milestone fashion....it's one step forward, two steps back.It even has less features than Ride 3 such as bike upgrades and i haven't seen any option to upgrade a bike to race spec like it was for some bikes in Ride 3.
Ride 4 has some ambient shadow which is good imo. Ride 3 is like floating even with traditional shadow. Tyres on ride 4 much more realistic u can see the shiny surface
For Magny Cours in Ride 4 turn Imola (2nd S) looks like the turn in real life, with small elevation change, as it was the case in Ride 2. In Ride 3 it was flattened, for whatever reason. Regarding first person view in Ride 4 the view is closer, which is more like IRL, and movements are more smooth. In Ride 3 first person is too lively. However in the long sweeping turns the camera position is better in Ride3 view since you are more on the side of the bike, and in Ride 4 it is too centred.
What a marked bump in graphical fidelity and detail. I won't comment on the accuracy of the fluid movement in the reservoirs, but they obviously are trying to inject the detail we all crave from this game. I bought it on PC and can't wait to get started! If it looks this good on XBox, I can't wait to see it on my 2080Ti Ultra and 9900K! Great job on the comparison. Might have to catch ya online and pick your brain about your workflow. Keep up the great work!
To be honest rear moves too much in Ride 4. It is so far from a real life. Like all bikes have serious problem with rebound and compression suspension settings.
Would be a nice touch if the tyres scrubbed in instead of looking glossy apart from that looks great and sounds a lot better, much more snap on the gear changes with the blipper and quick shifter pops 👍
I really agree with you.. Ride 3 and 4 really have a good graphics (for me) but the riding style especially when turning, it seems really weird and stiff for me who played Tourist Trophy. I really want to play Ride but this one thing bothers me.
@@ROBO46 You will notice the 1000cc race modified bikes are struggling to 190mph at the northwest 200 track, changed ratios too, they seem to have the drag coefficient to high maybe but in Ride 3 those bikes hit 212 mph there or there about. Not a huge deal but It begs the question why.
@America First you wrote "Ride 3 is better." You didn't say straight you talk about helmet cam. Anyway I tell you in Ride 3 helmet cam was not better. FOV was much wider, dashboards were far from screen, headshake was disappearing at higher speeds. Im just saying my opinion.
the thing i hate about ride 2 and 3 is going 200 kmph feels like going 100 kmph. ride 2 physics and handling on ride 4 would've been great but the physics are no where near close. but i gotta admit for me personally playing ride 4 is more fun. it's just that i wish ride 4 has physics copy pasted from ride 2 or 3.. that would've made the game 10/10
It's a weird one, I think the graphics in ride 4 were better but the sound in ride 3 were better but then again what do I know. I'm more of a car race man myself i.e. F1. In there own unique ways they both look decent 😜😃
Thanks mate, great comparison! Interesting change in the lighting, more contrast between light & dark which overall looks more realistic. In third person though there’s a strange dark haze underneath & around the bike that’s independent of the bikes actual shadow. I also notice (more so in the wet) that the actual shadow on the rear tire looks as if there’s something’s above & behind the bike as only half seems to get light on it? Interesting how they’ve changed the movement of the bike/camera in helmet cam to be more like Isle of Man TT in that it’s more “pendulum” in nature whereas in R3 the bike moves far more from the center of the screen. 3 looks more realistic from a real world point of view but I’m sure 4 is more user friendly from a gamers perspective. I’m looking forward to jumping in & giving it a spin myself... switching to Xbox from pc for this one to take advantage of my Series X which is on its way! 😝👍🏼
just replayed both games back to back on a Xbox Series S. While i previously enjoyed the mechanics and career of Ride 3 a bit more when playing both games on release, unfortunately the Series S does not run the One X version of the game but the base xbox one version, which in return means its tight to 30fps without any option to change to performance mode. Therefore if you only have a series s, please take this into account. Only ride 4 will run at 60fps.
that one track alone seems to have more changes from title to the either then most annualy racing games have changes overall. Milestone keeps delivering
Ever since they moved to Unreal engine the game looks like ass. Bikes/rider are blocky, geometry is all effed up and surroundings look like splashes of shit. Ride 2 was visually more crisp and realistic, with better colors and lightning
Maybe it's just my phone but Ride 4 almost looks worse. Definitely not much of an improvement graphically if at wall. Maybe the version for the new console will look markedly better.
Nah, its not your phone. They changed the lightning and shadows so now it looks like the ps3-high contrast-bloom heavy era. Too much contrast does not make something more realistic.

I like the wheelie feeling better on Ride 3 the way u can rock the bike back and forth and stoppies were better also Ride 3 had more outfit helmet ect but I rather play Ride 4 it feels more realistic u gotta really be smooth with the throttle
It's too bad Ride 4 is NOT Xbox One X Enhanced. We bought this $500 console in 2017 only to have it abandoned when XSX came out when the GPU in it is perfectly capable.

I agree that the difference is not monumental, but Ride 4 is definitely better visually speaking (have not played it so that's the only aspect I can comment on). Has deeper tones, the track itself is far better/realistic, and 1st-person is more realistic (not only the track but speedo, hands/controls, and even the clutch/brake reservoirs are a great touch), IMHO that is.
To be fair there's not much difference with my old eyes, what I will say is my grandson has never been so frustrated with a bike game, has anyone got any advice please, he hates it unfortunately
@nils4545 indeed. One of the biggest learning curves I went through was having to start turning before what I was used to in car games. Then it started to gel. Made going back to project cars 2 a bit interesting haha

One thing though about rain in first person view. In ride 3 the whole screen gets rain drops (like you had a visor) which gives more realism, unlike in Ride4 for where you get rain drops only on bike screen and not the whole screen (your visor).
ride 4 looks more realistic in physics, for example when you brake and accelerate and obviously the sound is better, the first person too and the rain too.

Ride 4 looks dated. They just upped the bloom, hdr e ambient occlusion and now everyone is calling it next gen. It looks like dirt 1 with all this bloom and smear.
Can some one plz tell me im not the only me so I bought this game about a week ago since day one i been riding in helmet view it looked super clear but just yesterday when I put it on helmet view it looked dirty and can't really see shit... so I thought maybe cuz I was riding it the for a week it will get dirty lol? I try different helmets and visors and it's still stays dirty

I have ride 3 but not ride 4 , I’m no expert on bikes , but I love playing the games , played a lot of the old Moto gp games on the original Xbox moto gp 1 , 2 ,3 and did the campaigns on all of them . I played some of the newer moto gp , currently playing moto gp 19 and ride 3 right now , is ride 4 a much greater game or is it , just a bit of upgraded visuals , are all the game modes the same , I’ll try ride 4 when I catch a sale , like I said I don’t know alot about bikes but always loved the games and use to watch moto gp on tv whenever I could :)
Ride 4 is the best ,period. It's my favourite game in general however and as much as I love it I equally hate so many aspects of the game . Moto GP 19 on other hand is my fav Moto GP game and in my opinion is extremely fun and most forgiving Milestone game without close competition.Will always choose 19 over 22. Ride 4 biggest problem is the AI -they are suicidal and use every dirty trick that you would expect human opponent to do. Also the begining of the campaign is really hard (much harder then races on the final championship)and unbalanced but if you stick long enough you will fall in love with the game. Don't wait buy that game collect your inner patience and you can delete everything else on your hard drive;)
Ride 3 Graphics look better and more natural than Ride 4...! Why game developers follow same backward trend..? We need natural colors n lighting. We will tweak our monitor for color adjustments. No thanks

I haven't played ride 4 but 3 I have, if you liked the licences in TT(PS2) they have some in 3 but not many and they are super easy. You buy a lot of bikes a lot faster in ride compared to TT. And as for physics of ride 4 I believe they are very similar to MotoGP 20, ride 3 physics feel light, a bit arcadey, but still someone realistic to a point where it's still fun to ride (Except for wheelies which lock into place). Hope this helps
Ride 4 sounds amazing. Really brings the realism to life with the banging gear shifts and sound! I see ALOT of people complaining.... We've to be patient guys. Give them your feed back and let them work. We've to be grateful for this shit man, finally a company that is taking Motorcycles seriously. WOULD LOVE TO SEE AN OPEN WORLD WITH THESE BIKES!!!! I've been a huge Ride fan since 1 but it's obvious their intentions for ride 4 deliberately taking away many bikes and gears from the first 3 games 🤔 they also make the grind longer to encourage spending money on their bs micro transactions!...on the bright side better graphics I guess? 🙄

nope, my cousin has ducati v4 and it is together for his motorcycle not splitted.
I think they changed it up and put them together in the newer models

Bikes are geared extremely short in Ride 4, hard to believe a Ducati V4 would flat out at 280Km/h in 6th gear.
You can change that if you install a racing gearbox

Sounds and textures reflection are much better in ride 4 but helmet placement more realistics in R3. .

I have it on pc, and its the beat motorbike game/simulation out there, its really great. The kampagne is really big and alot of different races.

Has deeper tones, the track itself is far better/realistic, and 1st-person is more realistic (not only the track but speedo, hands/controls, and even the clutch/brake reservoirs are a great touch), IMHO that is.
Ride series need to add Free roam mode for city driving if they have to have distinction as a bike game
Their physics engine (although far from perfect) makes them more distinct than other games that feature bikes. If you want a city mode, play GTA

To be fair there's not much difference with my old eyes, what I will say is my grandson has never been so frustrated with a bike game, has anyone got any advice please, he hates it unfortunately

@nils4545 indeed. One of the biggest learning curves I went through was having to start turning before what I was used to in car games. Then it started to gel.
Made going back to project cars 2 a bit interesting haha
@nils4545 he has been really good on bike games but he struggled with moto gp 20 and now ride 4 the games don't seem too be finished on release, bad form from milestone
One thing though about rain in first person view. In ride 3 the whole screen gets rain drops (like you had a visor) which gives more realism, unlike in Ride4 for where you get rain drops only on bike screen and not the whole screen (your visor).
That's why i ride a real bike , lol :)

ride 4 looks more realistic in physics, for example when you brake and accelerate and obviously the sound is better, the first person too and the rain too.
Real bikes do not sway their ass (and stay upright) like they do in Ride 4.

5:10 the rear wheel sliding as you see on daily basis in MotoGP. This is really horrible physics...

@@callsignkasper624 Yeah, rear wheel slip can happen. But not so violently and if so, without any chance for recovery. This sliding forth and back is out of the question in real life.

Good game so far, my only issue is the frame rate, but that just makes me anxious to see what it looks like on the next gen systems

Every bike has a blipper in ride 4, and I think in nearly every way, ride 3 is better 😬
You can see the rider blip the throttle when changing down, also seems every bike has a quick shifter too
Ride 4 looks dated. They just upped the bloom, hdr e ambient occlusion and now everyone is calling it next gen. It looks like dirt 1 with all this bloom and smear.

Can some one plz tell me im not the only me so I bought this game about a week ago since day one i been riding in helmet view it looked super clear but just yesterday when I put it on helmet view it looked dirty and can't really see shit... so I thought maybe cuz I was riding it the for a week it will get dirty lol? I try different helmets and visors and it's still stays dirty

I have ride 3 but not ride 4 , I’m no expert on bikes , but I love playing the games , played a lot of the old Moto gp games on the original Xbox moto gp 1 , 2 ,3 and did the campaigns on all of them . I played some of the newer moto gp , currently playing moto gp 19 and ride 3 right now , is ride 4 a much greater game or is it , just a bit of upgraded visuals , are all the game modes the same , I’ll try ride 4 when I catch a sale , like I said I don’t know alot about bikes but always loved the games and use to watch moto gp on tv whenever I could :)
Ride 4 is the best ,period. It's my favourite game in general however and as much as I love it I equally hate so many aspects of the game .
Moto GP 19 on other hand is my fav Moto GP game and in my opinion is extremely fun and most forgiving Milestone game without close competition.Will always choose 19 over 22.
Ride 4 biggest problem is the AI -they are suicidal and use every dirty trick that you would expect human opponent to do. Also the begining of the campaign is really hard (much harder then races on the final championship)and unbalanced but if you stick long enough you will fall in love with the game. Don't wait buy that game collect your inner patience and you can delete everything else on your hard drive;)

I haven't played ride 4 but 3 I have, if you liked the licences in TT(PS2) they have some in 3 but not many and they are super easy. You buy a lot of bikes a lot faster in ride compared to TT. And as for physics of ride 4 I believe they are very similar to MotoGP 20, ride 3 physics feel light, a bit arcadey, but still someone realistic to a point where it's still fun to ride (Except for wheelies which lock into place). Hope this helps
