    Thank you, I've just tried this and the method absolutely works. Which is a big relief for me as I've never cooked a pork chop before and was very nervous. I didn't cut right through the rind so mine curled up, but a quick re-slice fixed it.

      Ìt still curled up, you need to find some tendons or something like that and cut it, otherwise it will 100% curl

    what would medium high heat be my stove has low 1 2 3 4 5 high

    • @KitchenDraft
      @KitchenDraft  6 месяцев назад +1

      Between the middle and the highest setting on the knob of the stove. So I would say 4, but it's hard to exactly tell since I don't know precisely how the stove works. About 180-185°C is what you're looking for. I hope this helps

      I don't think it really matters, you are going to get that garlic flavour either way. 🙂 Thanks for watching 👍🏻

    So what number would i use on a stove?

    • @KitchenDraft
      @KitchenDraft  11 месяцев назад

      Now it all depends, I am using induction for cooking so it is quite powerful even at low numbers. What cooker are you using?

    He would still be talking and the camera rolling even with the kitchen on fire. He loves smoke in his face. His next video will probably be how to roll and smoke a blunt in front of the camera.
