Ford F-250 shift tube replacement 1994

How to remove and replace broken shift tube in 1994 f250. Also how to calibrate gear selector, drop steering column, and remove key lock cylinder/ignition. Similar to other Ford shift tubes from 1988-1993. not sure about super duty.
