Thrilled by his experience with the Avengers, young Peter Parker returns home to live with his Aunt May. The actual glee you can hear in Toms voice when he forgets to ask the location. He does such a good job making Peter an endearing kid. Even his final line of "bye mr criminal" when he already knows aarons name

Peter didn’t even realize that Aaron was interrogating him. Those questions about the deli shows that he lives close and goes enough that if he stuck around, he could probably identify him by his voice and general build.
I mean it’s pretty clear where he lived. He only appears around one city and he is called “your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man” meaning he’s probably close

Childish Gambino in this movie is actually a character named uncle Aaron that is Miles Morale’s uncle. Aaron joined KingPin and became prowler for money. So saying “I like bread” is heavy foreshadowing.

I think what sets Tom Holland’s rendition of Spider-Man apart from the others is his childlike nature; people let their guard down around him and want to help him due to his innocence. The fact that he embarrassed himself trying to be tough made Donald Glover’s character feel bad for him and helped him out since he knows Tom is a good person.
Yeah, that's what stood out to me here as well. He brings the Friendly Neighborhood aspect of the character hard, even criminals feel like he's one of their neighbors.

when you live in the ghetto just tryin to get by, losing money in melted ice cream is a lot more important than standing in a parking garage for a couple hours. people below the poverty line qualify for assistance and sometimes that assistance requires waiting in line or an office building for hours. and if he sells drugs he's standing on a street for hours and hours. so 2 hours with a smartphone in his pocket is not too hard when at that level of financial prosperity you're doing it all the time.

ASSUMING the director and writer had him say that for that reason. i've been poor like he is. i've been more poor than he is. his character anyway. IF the writer and director had him say that for that reason, i know what it's like to grow up poor and i was explaining why he would be more worried about ice cream when he doesn't have the money to fix his car than he would about standing for hours, which poor people can wait a long time for a lot of things as i explained. maybe it was just a fluke that the director and writer did not intend, but the situations match up really well.
TLDR: i grew up poor, sometimes more poor than him and i totally understand why he would freak out over ice cream more than waiting 2 hours.

I THINK 2021 IS GONNA HAVE ANOTHER SPIDER-MAN MOVIE THAT HAS MILES MORALES IN IT. There have been a game, an animated movie in a different Universe, and probably an upcoming movie with Miles in the MCU. I don't know how the Prowler is gonna work though.

I love this entire scene. That "...Or else!" and the hood slam scaring the hell out of Parker is comedy gold in my eyes. It's the subtle humour at these sections where you can just hear the audience laughing in the theatre. Love how high his voice is when he starts talking.
