The best way would be to take a train, the fast one takes like 4 hrs from Vienna to Prague (Hlavní Nádraží = Main Station, which means you're gonna end up already in the centre of Prague) Be carreful when you "wave a Taxi" on street, they might probably charge you 3 times more becouse when you get a cab this way, it is not recorded in any system, otherwise if you call and order by phone or using app you would enter also your destination point and there is a fixed price by law for how much one kilometer must cost. And thay ALWAYS (any bussines) MUST give you recipe, that is also set by the law. So always take a recipe and you will be fine! Also if you could arrive with Czech Crowns, our currency ("Česká koruna", CZK) you would save quite a bit of money.
