are likely to take matters into their own hands". That simple !

Right, and though those who are disabled, usually don't want everyone making a big deal or focus on it, be told their a victim, etc. I think this will also makes people care less, or possibly lump everyone is as "those annoying leftists", it might also make it even harder to get any assistance, medical supplies, etc etc. Cause if everyone is disabled, then no one is.

@ginabonelli4847 - One way to understand it is to see it as the end-point of identity politics. It's a bit similar to the phenomenon of many straight people who feel that being heterosexual is too boring for them and so they declare themselves to be "non-binary" or trans.

My mom was like this when she was alive. She had broken her leg and after it was healed refused to use it. She would drag it in this weird manner she swore up and down it never healed right and had it examined by every doctor and physical therapist in the land and they told her it was fine. At times she would walk normal when no one was looking. We would catch her security camera doing this all the time. If you questioned her she would double or triple down on it. The issue is the way she walked would tear up the flooring. She lived with me so I had to constantly get wood flooring, carpet and tile replaced. These people are really destructive and hope you don't ever have to be around one of them.

My mother also. She's cruise around doing her thing, but as soon as someone enters the room she'd grab furniture or walls and play the "trouble walking" card. She'd announce all her health problems in church, and ask everyone to pray for her. She'd get coddled...people would bring her food and offer help.....which she greedily accepted. She kept up this act for 50 years.

My husband was in a car wreck 30 years ago, and was in a coma for a week. He was hit head-on by a drunk driver, and has had 19 surgeries that are directly related to his injuries. We have been married for 27 years, and he is a retired Firefighter, 25 yr, and now works 10-12 hrs/day running and HVAC/spray-foam insulation company. I had to unload my company in 2008, after I was Dx with MS, and my doc said that I had to reduce my stress. However, I now have micro-farm, work everyday, but doing it for myself and family reduces external stress. NEITHER of us would identify as Disabled and, even with all the crap we have been through, we have never even asked for a Handicap parking plac. We don’t identify as disabled.

It’s about getting attention and to no surprise she’s a democrat. I love her and she’s very able bodied but she just wants attention that she didn’t get from our mother. So, imo and my experience, the delusional aspects of schizophrenia are much more difficult than base-level hallucinations.

If I had have known that I cannot now hold my palm up parallel to the ground with my arm straightened and not be able to use my main arm I would have asked for the ball on the top of my humorous replaced. I am 57 and it is too late and hard to fix my problem (I have a plate with 12 twelve screws all going though both sides of my humorous bone). I have medical evidence, but these scammers don't. Edit I posted this half way through but you would have to be absolutely deluded to make yourself disabled. I find blindness the worst, next is motion blindness, Akinetopsia, deafness is next for able bodied people. But physical disabilities a person naturally suffers from can lead to a short life RIP Christopher Reeve for example. I don't doubt that some doctors will mutilate people at request because some abort or let die living babies at birth and some perform sexual surgery. The Hippocratic oath should be a declaration signed by ALL doctors and surgeons to stop doing life alerting, unnecessary surgery on EVERY animal, that includes fauci ouchis beagles (I detest that coof starter)
