    Thanks mate, did this to my injured partner after he asked me not to throw him and to only focus on grips, it was very effective and the doctor said his kneecaps should heal in no time.

      you know what I find interesting. every judo video shows a technique demonstrated on a taller opponent. Why don't you show how it should be executed on a shorter heavier guy?

    As someone relatively new to judo, how do you choose between going for uchi mata vs harai goshi?

      uchi mata is usually easier to hit on opposite sided opponents (left v. right)
