hello folks, i was wondering if there was a video showing all the steps to swap correctly these motors. the 212 sounds promissing, and I'm not a good mechanic (yet?!). I saw the links of the motor and the accessories and I guess it is not just a remove-the-old-one-and-place-the-new-one-at-the-exact-same-spot kind of situation ... thanks guys !
