Cell is a by product of people that saw the bullshit they were being feed, they came from normal citizens and from the two gangs and security corporation. Cell was something that wasn't supposed to happen, and was taken rather lightly.
The realisation coming back to this game as an adult that the agency were the bad guys all along.... I always thought the agent's severed hand landing on the dashboard of the Cell-leader's helicopter at the end of Crackdown 2 was going to be a set up for a game where the Cell produced their own super-solider to fight the agency. Screw Crackdown 3- where's my Crackdown 1312?
I think they should make a "Crackdown online" where you can choose who to fight for. It could have Cell, Los Muertos, The Volk, The Agency, everyone! It would be awesome!
this may be off topic, but the cutscenes in Crackdown 2 were some of the best I've seen I hope they Make Crackdown 3 a TRUE successor to the Original, which by the way was a masterpiece

This whole soundtrack was complete shit. And when reading the title of this song I thought it be the actual song from the artist himself but instead its some shit remix. Crackdown 1 still beats this game by the radio music. Kevin Riepl's action soundtrack was the only good stuff in Crackdown 2.
