Today we attempt to drive as far as possible with my biggest rc car! BUT with COLOSSUS pulling me! We also try out the new Innovation RC batteries! How well does everything actually go? Big shout-out to China Hobby Line! After waiting over a year they finally hit the real world!

Are these totally new or renamed 90c packs.. because my 90c packs are not holding up out of 10 packs and 4 recharges I've lost cells on 3 batteries all ready 9500mah 90c 3s and 4s
@@bevinsracing yeah they are completely new. From what I tested they are the next step up from the 9500s. The cells are slightly longer for a true 10,000mah battery, it isn't 2p or a parallel pack. It's a legit 10k mah pack. They cap over 11,000mah. They also have wider solder tabs, made sure they did a better job with these. As I know there's been an issue lately with cells getting lost as you said, so these should hold up better. 8awg wire is a must for higher amp applications too.
I spoke to my rep and had him make sure they get their cell or solder game up for the future

@@InnovationRC give me a hint as to which RC car you're going to race with it? Just make sure you have a good driver so he doesn't run it over I know this from experience. Have you ever driven an RC car on the highway riding in the passenger seat of your friends full size car? It's mad fun, but no that's not how my friends RC car got run over LOL

I got to say I love that they're 8 gauge and have qs8 on them. And decent price too I just HATE that they are soft pack. Please let me know when they make hard. I will never ever ever ever buy soft if I can avoid it. Blows my mind soft are even made

Thanks man! I currently have the JB4 just for ease of warranty reasons. I'm honestly happy where it's at, (450-460hp). If I wanted 500+ I'd definitely go Lap3!

Will they fit the new limitless v2, there is room for 150mm?
Unfortunately not, batteries were designed 9 months before the v2 limitless came out. It's unfortunate the v2 has smaller battery trays...

Yessir they just fit in there snug. You'll have to move the trays out as far as possible

Just running an 800kv Castle motor as far in gear reduction as possible. Added a weight ballast for individual pulls without it pulling me too
Can this setup be used for speed runs somewhere around 150 mph with bigger pinion and smaller spur or 1 to 1 ratio?
Not on this vehicle, electronics can easily break 100 mph in another car!

Unfortunately not. The original limitless has the far better trays for large lipos. If your going fast I'd get rid of the stock trays and make your own

Real time probably 25 minutes of constant pulling. Sometimes slowed down, bring the rpms down so the motor wouldn't stress as much
Show a ballpark figure of half hour of pulling 50 pounds Nice batteries can't wait to hit the local hobby shopping to pick up some Because if you pull for close to half hour well over 50 pounds the average RC car is 2 or 3 pounds the most 10 nice 👍🏾 🦾👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿 Good power long run time
will these lipos actually perform fine on Rc planes?
They certainly will, as long as the plane can handle the weight, the battery will handle the load easily
