Loved hearing Alexandra and Amanda’s backstory. Have been following both your channels separately for years. This is the collaboration I didn’t know I was waiting for!!
I get so sad when RUclipsrs mention they don’t read the comments 😢 there is so much love, community, vulnerability, beauty, and connection to be found here. It’s like most things in life: a couple of bad apples ruin the entire batch. I wish for a future where bullies and trolls do not exist on the internet but in the meantime I just hope the positive and sweet people continue to shine their light here in the comments sections!! ❤❤❤
Alexandra sharing about her anxiety and panic attacks around getting sick in public is one of those “I thought I was the only one” moments for me. Mine is around vomiting and through therapy and my partner doing math to show me the probability of it happening for me has helped me heal. I still try not to eat before taking a flight but now I have no more crippling fear. Thank you for having Alexandra on the podcast and thank you Alexandra for being such a vulnerable and engaging guest!!
At 61, I had to create an entirely new life after the life changing world wide health crisis. I am actually grateful for it as I do believe it pushed me to go to places I wouldn’t have been brave enough to do before. I was too comfortable. Now I’m living all of my dreams in a tiny living space, with less material possessions, but a better quality of life living with my dog, horse, and getting my certification as a Gestalt practitioner, healing humans on a global level. You are all an inspiration! ❤❤❤ We are the change this planet needs to heal.
Hi Eamon & Bec…please give this message to Alexandra…since she doesn’t read her comments. I have been watching her for a long time and yes, I am one of your subscribers, with notifications! I just want to say, love your work but the one that impressed me the most was one you didn’t film, understandably - the rush work of making a house a home for Eamon and Bec - I literally cried and was sooo impressed that you and your whole team did this for them. I did mention it on your channel cause I just had to. Pure love and empathy for someone in need - luv u…all of you
The way Alexandra described anxiety, and the way it feels to have irrational thoughts while knowing they’re irrational, was perfect. It is frustrating to know these thoughts aren’t true, but to still somehow believe them. It’s a constant battle back and forth in your brain. It is exhausting. Same with not trusting yourself, but also trusting yourself at the same time. It’s hard to understand for people that haven’t experienced it. I too have had anxiety my entire life, so I related a lot when she was explaining how she felt. Although you know you’re not alone, it can get very lonely when everything is weighing on you. Hearing someone describe what they’re going through, and it feels like they took the words right out of your mouth, is a relieving feeling. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone, but there is a comfort in knowing a strong, successful woman has similar struggles to you. I appreciate her vulnerability and openness when talking about mental health. It is so important.
I just have to say. I LOVE your podcast. It is my hands down FAVORITE. I get something out of every single show. You have opened up my eyes to looking at my world totally different. Looking for the good things just in everyday life. Being grateful has made me such a happier person. Taking the time for me even if it is just 15 minutes of meditation or whatever I need in the day has seriously change my life. THANK YOU. I send you love and well wishes for you and your beautiful family 😊
To truly connect and bond with someone is very special. A bond you have with each other is something you never forget as long as you live. With Alexandra and you guys , you are the example. Thank you for enlightening us🙏🙏 Love to all of you . Harriet, Jim and Yuki
Favorite episode so far. I cried and I laughed. This felt as if I was sitting there enjoying tea with you all. Thank you Eamon and Bec for having Alexandrea I’m a huge fan. This was very soothing to my soul. I enjoy all of the content you all bring. I’ve been supporting all of you for over six years now! Love you all. Hugs, love and good vibrations your way and to everyone who reads this comment also! Have a beautiful day and remember that today is a gift, that’s why it’s called the present. ❤
Great interview. I love that all my favorite Tubers are actually friends in real life and that I get to share in your "get togethers". I have global family in you all. Thank you.
Such a great episode. Well, all of your episodes are awesome. This hit home for me around panic and anxiety. My husband of 35 years passed away April 25th and I have been riddled with panic attacks and anxiety. Like Alexandra I have always been anxious. However its at a new level. I have been in therapy for years but didn't fully address my anxiety. I also have some new therapy for the grief that has helped me understand alot about panic attacks. My therapists said something that struck me. She said our bodies keep track . I can't bury the grief. No one ever talks about grief when we are growing up so its a world I don't understand. I am now learning so much about my grief journey. It is my journey and no one else's. I am learning to be gentler and kinder to myself. I don't have to be on for everyone and its ok to not have a good day. I don't do any of this all the time but am taking baby steps. Thanks again for being a safe place for people to share about their lives. You will become the millionaire channel. ❤❤❤❤
I am a 70 yo fan of you guys. I love the interviews. Been watching you since you were on the road in Mexico and your evolution has been wonderful to watch. Love you guys.
THIS IS A FANTASTIC INTERVIEW! You guys knocked it out of the park- and I was also loving the shout out to AG when they did the makeover of your Toronto home during that time you so needed it 😍 And lifting Amanda up the way you did😍you guys are so awesome
Oh this was so good. I love Alexandra I watch her all the time. And learned so much about her today. I also relate to her even more now. I also struggle with anxiety every time I go to the grocery store I call my sister and she will talk to me so I don't have a panic attack. And the loosing the job that as happened to us my husband after being 15 years with a company he and his whole team have been laid off and it is so scary he is the breadwinner of our household and the not knowing what we are going to do or if he will be able to find a new job in time. It's so scary and stressful for us all. We just keep saying this is going to be a blessing even though right now it doesn't really feel like it. So thank you Alexandra for just being so open and sharing your story.
Hilarious. I am pretty new to AGs channel but her style is so fresh and perfect. I have been watching E&B for years. I watched an AG video this week and she had Habit tea in the office. I thought O! M! G! They know each other. I just opened the video. I didn't realize she had done the city apartment for when Frankie came home but I knew it was beautiful. It will be nice to go back and watch some of those videos and pick up the Gater touches that I didn't know then ❤
I have so much respect for this pod. My husband is going through the same panic disorder. The way she explained this, I believe is going to help so many people truly visualize what is so debilitating when this happens to someone. This podcast is amazing.
As a AG viewer I think that it would be so reasonable to be the designer and the person walking through the makeover without being the one who has to physically do everything. Do the parts you want and let another person do the other stuff. I think Alexander’s personality and design is why people watch not because she holds the drill and installs the shelf. Loved seeing her on the channel and getting to hear more of the personal and business side of things.
I've always loved to watch @Alexandra Gater and really liked her style and quirky personality.... now I absolutely love her so much more.... wow... thank you for showcasing her... Love you guys to bits.
Oh Alexandra ❤ your pure light and just ignore those that are envious of you. Eamon and Bec are the best people to be around and be supported by. Peace to you all ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I just want to say that I relate to Alexandra so so much when it comes to sickness anxiety. I have been diagnosed with OCD, Anxiety and a Panic Disorder as well as Celiacs Disease. I believe they are all connected for sure. Listening to someone else talk about this is so healing and I hope she knows she is not alone! Thank you so much for sharing your experience, Alexandra.
Best podcast ever!! Alexandra Gator is so talented, creative, and awesome. I’ve been following her for years and it’s fun to learn about who she is as a person. Well done!
I had anxiety creap into my life very seriously late in life. I find talking out my fears and how I'm feeling in the moment with people I feel safe with very helpful. I think that advice was amazing and hope if anyone who needs that advice can try it and find peace!
I have to say, you surprise me every time with your guests. I have been waiting for a "reveal" video of your place ever since her name showed up at the end of that one video of yours. I just paused reroot at the Intro to tell you how excited I am for this episode with Alexandra. She's a gem 🥰
Hey Guys: I hope you're still planning to post videos aside from the podcast conversations. YOU BOTH are very much LOVED and MISSED, and many of us need comfort and joy right now, especially in the US after the recent political turmoil. Not everyone wants to only see you through a heart-wrenching, life-altering conversation video. ---- Eamon, if Bec is "done" for a while... maybe you can still do "behind the scene" videos, etc. You both are ROCK STARS and missed. :)
I lost my job at 61 and it was sooo hard. I was lost for months. I too am now in a dream job to finish out my career. Ty for your transparency. Thanks E&B for another great pod cast!
Alexandra is a star here in America as well. I absolutely love her content and am so happy for her. Liking other You Tubers like yourself is such a breath of fresh air. I can't help but wonder if you guys are still in contact with Riley and Elayna from SLV? Talk about success. They're a total phenom and have followed them from the beginning. So I remember you guys being on their boat and living your dream. Brings me such joy seeing a collaboration. Wishing you all continued success
There were so many times I find out RUclipsrs I watch are friends and it really brings me so much joy that such high quality people are connected and putting great, positive content in this world. Love you both and Alexandra! 🥹
I have never thought that you all would get negative comments. What kind of people do this? Hidden behind their pc's and hurting those, who keep them entertained and informed? Sorry guys, that is sick. You are beautiful. You are you. Names are our most personal belongings.
I follow both of your channels. I remember when you moved into your home and mentioned Alexandra. I thought it might show up on her channel. It's nice to hear the story behind the reveal. I love how so many RUclipsrs I found independently have connected IRL. We all find our tribe.
Love this cross over! I would totally love to see an Emon and Graham in the workshop one day the gag reel would be awesome Love Alexander's work can't wait to see what else she does.
Cannot WAIT for my set of Real Talk to arrive in Colorado! The quickest purchase I’ve ever made. Thank you both for creating such a fun way to connect with those I love❤

I started crying 2 min into the episode. Everytime Bec gets emotional. I get emotional. Loved this episode so much. I’ll def be following Alexandra🩷🫶🏼⭐️
I love you Eamon and Bec, I have been watching since 2020 I think. And I also watch Alexander, and I enjoy her too! love the videos. So cool to see you guys together! YES I also have anxiety, and my family does too.

@@lifewithlarsandsusie8315Good Idea!
Y'all comment for nothing
As someone that doesnt have a lot of friends or even deep, meaningful conversations, I really enjoy watching these episodes.
Alexandra sharing about her anxiety and panic attacks around getting sick in public is one of those “I thought I was the only one” moments for me. When Bec said Eamon calls her the "dream crusher," i realized I'm not the only one with the tendency to want a plan considered. My husband calls me the "squasher."
Beautiful episode. ❤
I just watched 2 of her episodes! She is amazing and fun. I subscribed!
