      I don't know what advice I would give but just talk to each other in a private space away from the media and negatively because the media are so horrible they can change your sentences around and make you feel like your to blame so go somewhere private away from everyone (cameras, media) and just talk to each other and see what the problem is and then put a truce if you want to see each other again or not.
      I feel sorry for all the people (celebs) who are going through this there needs to be something done by the people in charge of social media😊

    Great tip, if you’re feeling like a horrid human and worrying about what people think about you, do a positive data log each day. Write down all of the small kind things you’ve done each day. So for example, you open the door for someone, you make someone a cup of tea, you’ve exercised - all great things, that might mean you’re helpful, kind, thoughtful. Write down what those things could have meant to the person you’ve helped. Smiled, told someone their scarf is nice. Remember that you’re a decent human being ❤

      They "invented" sisterhood ??? before little mix - there were many others that championed girl power and standing side by side with fellow females in support of one another.
      They certainly did not invent it - Spice Girls, Destiny's Child, Girls Aloud, Atomic Kitten, Spice Girls didn't invent sisterhood either, but revitalised the message and demonstrate what it means by celebrating our differences, female empowerment.

      What sisters do you know of who don't fight?
      Without Sugababes Atomic Kitten or Girls Aloud, there wouldn't be Little Mix just as there wouldn't be the groups listed above without the Spice Girls paving the way with Girl Power

    • @LCampbell1990
      @LCampbell1990 13 часов назад

      @@findingmybliss5713 I’m not saying girls don’t fight because they do. But Kerry loved Bryan more than her band, and band mates. She left at the peak of their success. She could have had a much different life if she stayed in Atomic Kitten. But she ditched the band for Bryan and their family. She could have had a break from the band whilst having the baby and gone back. But she wanted Bryan more than anything, and Bryan just made a fool of her. Bryan thought he was better than Kerry, and he treat her like dirt. So she sacrificed everything for him and in return he humiliated her.

    22:27 What Perrie said about “It had to get worse so it could get better” I truly understood that, because felt the same way before feeling the way I feel now, I had to go deep down with my anxiety and my depression until there was nothing to do than just stand up and say “okay let’s give everything I have to get better” and it worked. As they said we don’t know if it’s temporary or not but I’m trying everyday alongside my therapist to be a better version of myself and it truly helps to know that someone I’ve always admire understands somehow what I’ve been through

    I’m a mum to a 3 year old and have lots of valid reasons for feeling anxious about leaving him etc but it’s so refreshing to hear another mum say they don’t leave their child if they can help it too. Perfectly acceptable for anyone to leave their kids btw, for whatever reasons but I feel like that’s much more common and more spoken about than me choosing not to leave him. Just lovely to hear it’s not just me who stays with my kid as much as possible. I do work and he goes to nursery but I don’t choose a night away etc because I just don’t want to and I’ve been made to feel like that’s not normal so it’s nice to hear someone else say it’s their normal too. Nice interview.

    Needed this today, Fearne and Perrie. Thank you. 💝 as someone who lives with two disabilities and a mental health condition, accepting these things and accepting support and love is key to me being stable with these things I live with. Love your acceptance, both of you, and this chat. 💗💝 x

    It's amazing to have Perrie on the podcast. So thank you for that, Fenre. She is such a strong, empowered woman. Was refreshing to speak about what the music industry takes away from artists in terms of privacy, body shamming, and the toll this has on someone's personality. I hope you are well! Love and support always. ❤✨️

    It’s 8:21am and I’m in tears already hahaha. Hearing Perrie speak about her panic attacks is like holding up a mirror to myself. I ended up in the hospital & meeting with cardiologists so many times because I thought something was wrong with my heart. All tests were normal and it was panic attacks!! My partner goes into the office two weeks in the month and I work from home 24/7. So for 2 weeks I’m alone during the day and for a little while, he had to ask to work from home indefinitely for about 6 months in 2023 because I just felt like I couldn’t be alone because I’d die. I felt absolutely insane. Thank you both so much for this ❤ it is life changing to hear that people have felt the same

    I applaud you both for speaking up about the other side of fame. The comments these people have to hear/read is out of the world sometimes. I never understood how people can be so vile to artists. Like Perrie said, they´re also just humans like us. If it can hurt me, it also can hurt them. Wish people would understand that more.

Perrie is so talented, and I find it heart breaking that her and Jesy don't have the amazing relationship that they had anymore. I feel after watching this I would love to see Fearne chat to Jesy Nelson and connect on a human level like these two.
