I don't want to be disliked, but people are different and sometimes it equates to just not being on the same wavelength. The key is just to know yourself and whether you do things with genuine intentions or not. Simple thing as saying no can make you disliked, even when for tangible reasons. Does it reflect your character? Of course not
This is awesome considering the places she's been and how famous this is where I understand the British press just goes for the throat Tulisa suffered most. Great to see her.
I've always loved Tulisa. She comes across so well in this podcast, I'm glad Fearne gave her the platform to come on and show us how beautiful and strong she is.
I adore how unbothered she is about things in her past because she’s done so much healing! Yes she might still go through things but she’s truly at peace it’s so refreshing in a world of celebs who are constantly getting in drama and causing problems it shows a lot about who they are! I relate a lot to her saying she’s let go of resentment and anger because she likes the quiet life that is me now! ❤
I've always thought Tulisa is a prime example of how the media and particularly tabloid press in the UK love to build up and then savagely tear down successful women (particularly from working class backgrounds). So glad that she weathered the storm has found some peace.
I guess it's like prison whatever is deep inside will be wrenched out of you by being put under the microscope. I don't think Tulisa has been treated badly at all. The fake sheikh targeted her for a story but that's not the entirety of the press is it?
as someone whose dealt with mental health issues, seeing her strength & positivity is truly commendable , especially after enduring so much. what an inspirational soul x
This is so positive. It is so real, and human and helping people know that we all have our struggles. Thank you ladies for helping me. I am glad you are both fighting back, and choosing to discuss your experiences in a way to help others. Stay strong 💪. X
I'm the same age as you Tulisa and your documentary about your mum changed my life all of those years ago. As a young carer, which no one talked about back then, I was isolated and misunderstood. Thank you for pretty much saving my life ❤
I love her. I remember watching her documentary describing everything that happened to her and bawling my eyes out. It was heartbreaking what was done to her.
I dont understand how people can believe this. Look at her face, there's so much plastic surgery that totally screams out her insecurities. Her positivity is fake
I agree so much too with the manifestation part Tulisa talks about! Manifesting is trusting the universe will bring you everything you desire! And being grateful for what you have now the little things in life whilst dreaming about the future I find manifesting has made me so more grateful for life ❤
I really enjoyed this conversation. Tulisa is an intelligent, street-wise woman, and I agree with everything she said. This was a great watch. Thank you.
Adore Tulisa and now I can stop worrying about her. 😂 she was treated badly by the press and trolls. She has totally bossed it. 100% tattoo was meant for her ❤
Always liked Tulisa, I look up to her, her strength throughout her life experiences, I'm really pleased that she got through her obstacles, she is so strong & her voice is sensational. Big up Tulisa ❤🙂✨️🎶
Found this very helpful for me going through bad times right now as Tulisa shared pearls of wisdom .. she’s an intelligent lady and I hate how people have put her down, she’s a down to earth lady and wish her all the best ❤ 🙏 🤲
Such a great interview. It felt to me that both Fearne & Tula were coming from a place of great authenticity and vulnerability and well able to disect and articulate their experiences (or at least their net takeaway from said experiences). Thank you for sharing so deeply. Love to you both. 🪷🤍🪷
It’s such a cool moment remembering seeing both of these amazing ladies on TOTP and TV back in the day, to then watch this INSPIRING chat and see how they have both flourished, grown and survived the entertainment industry, and still bless us with their amazing presence in a completely new way. This entire interview moved me so much. Tulisa is such a beautiful soul and a true soldier and inspiration. I’m so happy for her and I’m grateful for Fearne to creating this space that helps us all grow on our own journeys. Thank you ladies ❤
I love this interview, really resonate with what’s being discussed. Tulisa is really self aware ❤ I think it’s really important the conversation at 42:00 - you can definitely get stuck in a healing journey and it ends up in ruminative energy feeling like you have to fix yourself. But we never know how much of life we have left, so I do think Tulisa’s approach of letting it go is valuable once you’ve looked inside.
I've always liked Tulisa and find she's genuine. Im saddened tho that her natural beauty has been ruined by Botox/filler. I think women don't realise how much they change themselves and get stuck in the habit of getting fillers. If she would get those lips dissolved she would look sooo much better. She's such a natural beauty. I hope she can see that.
Channel 4 needs to make a series about Tulisa’s high fantasy cabins in the woods! The whole process of finding the land all the way to finishing the cabins and hosting guests!
Well done Fern and Tulisa! This is one of the most helpful, mindful, positive and uplifting podcasts I've ever listened to. You are definitely helping the world to make their world a more Happy Place. Don't stop, listen to the voice inside that tells you and knows that you are BRILLIANT! 🤩
Amazing the transformation and personal journey that Tulisa has been on! Its sensational to have witnessed. I really do love that she had chance to share about being a judge on the X factor. That was a sureal moment for me growing up seeing her perform with N-dubz. Also sensational to hear about how she and the group have changed and matured. The sound is quite different. Cheers Ferne for having Tulisa on the podcast I learnt a lot about self preservation 🧡✨️🎙🎧
Tulisas time on X factor might have been brief, but she created some amazing artists. Little mix, Ella Henderson. A great judge. And she seems like a great person
So much respect and she's clearly very talented. I relate to much of her character and understand that inner strength. I hope this helps others that are in her position, mostly her childhood.
I am all here for Tulisa and her Story. What a great episode I’m so glad i watched today. The themed rentals sound amazing! I want to get involved in some capacity!
I certainly understand being a young carer. I was for my dad, but when I was young, there was zero support. I did it till the day he died nearly 20 years later.
She’s a lovely girl. Bring her back to X factor. She was a caring judge and mentor. So genuine and talented girl 🩵💜 stay strong tulisa. Inspiration to many 🥰
When she hit super fame it seemed people still wanted her to be this urban girl that was relateable. I feel her team tried to make her like cheryl (a lady like ballerina). cheryls fame was what alot of the solo celebs were trying to achieve at the time.
Thank you Tulisa 💖 everything you said clicked, resonated, your amaaaaaaazing ✨ really inspiring. If you created self development podcast's, you would definitely be helping thousands or more people, through your lived experience. I wish more people could of heard this, life changing 🌞 huuuuuge! Much love & light 💫 blessings .🛖 brilliant creative idea
So many thought provoking moments in this episode. One that sticks out for me is having the courage to be disliked. Does this resonate with you?
Yes Totally, many priceless gems and affirmations🌟

She’s a plastic mess
Me too! I always thought she was very genuine
She doesn't need a platform.
I'm not even embarrassed to say tulisa has always been an idol to me. She's an absolute queen and I wish her all the happiness in the world ❤
You can tell she’s come out the other end stronger and wiser. A lot of respect for her 🫶

What a refreshing balanced lady!
I’m grateful for clicking on this today I needed this great advice 💛✨🙏
She is really inspiring, loved the fact you have given her space to be authentic here. Really loved her in it.
Yes it's great that she has space to be authentic here & that you loved her in that space. Have you ever considered that you talk absolute gibberish?

What a great spirit she is. Her mental health, like her career, is beautifully managed on her terms.💚👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
