IFR Approach into Truckee Kodiak 100

We were the first plane to make it in for the day due to a low fog layer and clouds. Weather cleared up a bit about 15 minutes before we arrived. Sure beats flying to our alternate which was Reno.

Doc, I'm in a similar position professionally in the IT biz, commercial flight is a no go. I've a veteran owned/run biz, we have a few former mil pilotdls internally.
Would you do the Kodiak again if you had to choose a plane for business?

It depends on what your mission is and what you guys want to do. For me it’s the perfect airplane especially since I was a new pilot with little experience. Also budget plays a big role as well. Happy to discuss if you want to email me [e-mail]

Looked vfr to me....zzz. why every "airplane driver" has to record every take off, every landing....too much fat in y/t. There are no pilots ( helo pilots excluded) anymore. You (fixed wingers) are all passive passengers.
