CAKE
240 ml (1cup) Full fat milk
1 1/2 tsp White Vinegar
195 grams ( 1 1/2 cup) All Purpose Flour / Maida
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
45 grams (3 tbsp) Unsalted Butter (Omit salt if using Salted butter)
45ml ( 3 tbsp) Oil
50 grams (1/3 cup) Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
240 grams Sweetened Condensed Milk
FILLING
1 cup Rasmalai Milk
Rasmalai Pieces
1/4 Cup Pistachios
FROSTING
300 grams Non Dairy Whipping Cream
4 tbsp Rasmalai Milk

How do i adjust this recipe or any of your cake recipes to scale to an 8 inch cake instead of 6? Or vice versa??
Beautiful cake 🎂, can I use sugar syrup, if so can you pls tel me the ratio of water and sugar.
The rasmalai milk will give a lot more flavour to the compared just sugar syrup but if you really want to use sugar syrup go for 2 part water to one part sugar ratio

Hey aditi like u have seen in hbg group ppl make so sharp edges with whipped cream.... they hand paint the cakes with whipped cream and use Russian nozzles with whipped cream.... kindly guide with all those videos

You can but it’ll result in slightly tougher cake
