    I admire the way you can handle tiny bugs! My hands always get shaky when I hold a tiny animal and get so sweaty that it sticks the bug to my skin lol

    I've read that Ranatra can fly. Do you keep the lid on just in case?

    • @JimTrivial
      @JimTrivial 2 года назад +1

      yup, you need them for most air breathing aquatic bugs honestly. Since they dont care about water quality they'll go to small bodies of water that may dry up so they need to fly to get to a new one, ie diving beetles

    Hi, do you have water bugs for sale?

  • @BodyBroker
    @BodyBroker 3 года назад +3

    kinda dumb that they call it a water scorpion cuz it looks way more like a water mantis

    • @thefearhawk8805
      @thefearhawk8805 2 года назад +1

      There are two different types of waterscorpions. The skinny ones with front legs like a mantis, and then there is flatter and stubbier version wich resembles a scorpion a bit more and wich are more common. The flat ones also have front legs wich function more like the ones of the tailles whip scorpion instead of a mantis.

    Cool bugs but i prefer lethocerus and Abedus water bugs as they are much more exciting to feed, pity since these guys are way more common in my area
