I'm doing this stuff for $21 an hour right now. I've been working customer service (though sales as been a primary aspect of it) for years. Top CSR in my team now. "poor town, middle town and rich town" the biggest value newbies can take away from this video is not even the amazing cold calling strategy, its the snippet into the mindset of their potential clients. I remember having issues with my ai automation agency at the start thinking its too expensive for the people i am pitching to, i quickly found out that they are already playing on a whole different parameter. Remember, if you believe in the product or service you are selling provides immense value, be confident in your pricing, never step back when it comes to what you think your product or service is worth, 9/10 people think its chump change in return for what they're getting.
Bro, this was really good and your delivery is great. BUT, the recall opportunity at the end… Just schedule him firmly and set the appointment for Monday, that way everyone is committed and he gets the confirmations. Also, I know it’s low ticket, but when he starts getting into price you stayed in their way too long. At that point, just book the appointment where you can go deep, build the value, close and sign them. You’ll get higher booking and conversion rates. The first half was gold though, and was great refresher, I’d certainly back it as the way to open a cold outreach call and prospect. I found this as I was looking for some content for my setters and the first half took me back to my days hammering the phones in sales and in start up mode. Everything you said at the beginning there is spot on for cold outreach.
Hey David, I can tell you’re good at sales Only improvement I can think of from first call is: The software you have is perfect for guys who do door leaflets, Because when people call a roofer, he might not answer the call and that customer will call his competitor Or even worse, the roofer will forget to call back and that lead will just go to waste, losing potentially $10,000s of jobs Your software does 2 things: 1. Anyone who enquires to roofing business is tracked on your crm so you never miss a opportunity as it’s in front of you 2. If a lead calls and you don’t answer, an automation happens to send a text to homeowner To book in a time for consult or to get more job requirements And at the same time, pointing leads to look at your reviews So whilst you’re working on a roof, people new to your business are being fed information on how good your business is and you won’t miss out on random calls because it’s all plugged into the software
