As a former phoning marketer, I'd suggest avoiding to say things like "no problems", or using any word with negative connotation. It's true that I never had the chance to actually go ahead and try the whole list of "prohibited" negative words we should never say on a call, but chances are there's good reason why it was part of the training, most probably psychological factors that would impact sales stats. Thanks! Sabri . I apply it , you speak facts . When I call al lead , the relation is more personal and always the client tell me their "false beliefs"& "objections". So I solve every objection he made until the point the client pay por my product.
Like & learned what u said on follow-up that it's an infinite process, Normally people practise one cold call/email followed by 3 follow-up & that's it. In my opinion, repeat the Follow-up cycle after 2-3 weeks if no answer from first cycle, I mean who knows client wasn't ready when u pitched them first but in need when u follow-up them on 2nd cycle.

I'm cold calling people whose emails I don't know. Been hard to get past the gatekeeper.

Not a high pressure sales pitch…. But I feel like at 25:25 it’s getting a little pushy I’m sure it’s work but I feel like with getting this pushy may come off the wrong way if anything just check back in within 2-4 weeks then possibly burning the lead but what do I know Just speaking my opinion
