hey dustin, i like your vids and how you explain stuff!, im new to drone's and am lookin to get into one, would you suggest this modle for a first timer???, i fly model planes etc so know the effects of areal flight, just unsure on what drones are junk vs a moderately cheap but effective flight. any help would be great! thanks :D

+Dex Weeks keeps it from accidentally dropping at below half throttle. I'm sure all don't have the issue. Yes it improves flight for me since I use thumbs. Some people use thumb and pointer finger which may be less of an issue.
Great review dude....I have all kinds of quads bit of a geek really or maybe a sucker lol anyway..I wanted a racer a couple of weeks ago did not know what to get my friend loves drones also he bought this the CX91 and i bought the ROA Parkour 280 Racer With Flysky 2.4G 6CH Transmitter CCD SONY 700TVL Camera RTF for £109....The frame on my friends broke with in a hour of flying and he was'nt even pusihng it..one of the motors burnt out for no reason and it kept losing the FPV...Awful racer.....My Parkour 280 is still going strong with its carbon fiber frame...Maybe you should review the Parker Dustin.....

+Stéphane Henri there are a huge amount of choices but if your stuck on walkera, I would go with the 150 as your first. Small, light and durable....and won't hurt people as bad..lol. Have fun!
Great video. Too bad the CX-91 doesn't have GPS RTH. It looks like a great flier. Good clean video. Amazing tree crash and keeps flying. Too bad the goggles do not record. :-)
+Brashere I'd recommend getting a cheaper all in one system log oke this first if you don't want to dump a bunch of money into it and still not sure you'll like it. It gets pretty expensive for a full setup like this if you look at the more pro stuff.

The way most of us fly a race drone, we never fly it that close to our face. I know ur a good pilot and trust yourself but ithink a lil scary for the rest of us. I guess i do the same with a gps drone but it looks like ur trying to commit "dronicide"

I have two of these. one of my favorites.You can record in steady mode slow or fast sweet machine,and loads of fun.
what puts me of about this kit is that the transmitter Flatt spot on the transmitter where it drops.
The goggles look like a big set of sunglasses and they seem to be very good. Great video review.

This is gonna give the Walkera Rodeo 150 a challenge, especially with the good battery life ! The Rodeo can barely last 5 mins.

Great review as always. I keep reading here and there it's easier to fly stable Fpv with a higher Camera tilt. How far up does this tilt up I wonder?

+Dex Weeks Hi, yes. I opened the controller and a screw was slightly loose on the metal bracket which gives the stick resistance. All good now.

I would go with the 210 all the way
Thought of a Camera pod for your X251? A modded c4002 will fit right on. Or perhaps an 'all in one' hot glued on top.
I'm not Dustin but you can't go wrong with the Walkera 210, I would also recommend the Rodeo 150. Good luck with what every you do!

Yes, it has more powerful components and is higher voltage.
