      It's actually the ultimate BEST way to learn any kind a body movement :D
      I do that all the time even if I'm not a dancer, it makes me understand how my own body needs to move. You need a good proprioception though, but you can learn that ;)

      @@Aerochalklate 1. Just because she's a girl doesn't mean she isn't able to use large weights
      2. Using bad form with light weights isn't okay and can still cause issues, there's a reason we have proper techniques for exercises
      3. Using bad form and having no pain just means you're doing it in a way with zero to little gain and possibly being at risk of damaging your body as well

    So her main goal was to gain muscle but she was given 2-4 days of cardio a week??? I’m confused why there wasn’t more of a focus on hypertrophy and strength training

    • @iambatman8449
      @iambatman8449 5 лет назад

      I agree! Maybe they chose cardio because its the norm for people to use it for weight loss, as opposed to weight/ muscle gain which can be used to build shape and strength in people who are already slim.

      AlexandeKnight probably could have advised her based off of her body composition at the time, of which can determine a caloric estimate that would be suitable for her goals. someone's skeletal structure does not determine their physical limitations in terms of how much muscle mass they can put on- its the same type of rhetoric as "hardgainers"; its not real.

    People who have eating disorders dont thrive on strict meal plants. Their customized meal plan should have some sort of flexibility. For example, incorporate one cheat day or 1 healthy sweet snack here and there as there are plenty of vegan healthy dessert recipes. Otherwise they will crave the things they are 'not allowed' to eat and slip into cheating and actually binging.

    edit: listening to all her anxiety and meditation of just letting go, (which shows how she has been struggling with that all these years), her aggresive approach to success even if it means pushing your sleep and health aside, struggle with food and how a simple slip up can "take her out for some time" reminds me of myself and how people do go through this too, i realise we're not really alone. Her being an actress,dancer, etc reminds me of myself cause i am striving towards acting and watching this video makes me realise that soo many people go through this. most people do.
