- I went to the mall food court to see if I could find any healthy options for lunch. I was pleasantly surprised with the meal I put together, not so much the $30 price tag!

$30 I would rather cook at home because at least I would have leftovers.

Yeah Pummaralo is actually fantastic italian food. I actually work in this mall loll. there's only like 4 locations and they're all in south florida, so unless you live here, you can't really go to one.
You think these fast food have time to cook per your ingredient requests. They will agree but you are not at the back to see whether they are using what you have asked for🤔.
I think the same way so I just don't ask. I'll pack my own lunch before asking them to cook it my way.
Sometimes even if they say virgin olive oil it’s the low quality so doesn’t make any difference

I haven't been to a mall in a long time but I remember the food court always being so crowded with people in line. If its just you I can see asking questions about how they cook the food but if they are really busy I don't think I would want to take the time to ask anything..lol but another great video.

Totally agree. Many people like to use the excuse of being "in a pinch."
What people totally disregard is that our bodies are designed to fast at times. You should be able to go an entire day without eating and be totally fine. So there really is no such thing as "being in a pinch"
Thank you for all your help. I watch all your videos. I am pre-diabetic. I don't go out much but thanks to you I have totally rearranged some items on my grocery shopping list .
Go to Disney, or an Floridian amusement park, and show us what to eat! You cannot take in your own food anymore!

Ask them to cook per your strict rules and instructions and they may put other surprises in there when you are not looking at them cooking in back

In California, or at least in the Bay Area, there is a grass-fed beef option at Shake Shack called the Golden State Double.
I remember SFO airport having an organic grocery store in the airport. I don't know if they are still there but it was really cool. It was like having a Whole Foods in a grocery store. It was the only time I was able to buy organic snacks at an airport. I had kombucha which is rare in an airport.

Shake Shack does have veggie burgers on their menu. Perhaps they are not the tastiest of all possible options, but at least one of the more healthier ones to choose from.

ive know multiple over the top healthy people that died way earlier than the US average. Its a crap shoot. We have way too much crap just in our air now to truly be fully healthy even if eating only veggies. Ill enjoy life and everything in moderation. Not saying you shouldnt try and not buy junk food. of course not. But people go way overboard and make it their entire personality.

This is the mall that i go to and I never eat there because I feel restricted good to know of options ty. True food kitchen is the place that I go to when I'm there.

Sweetgreen is up there with some of the best, especially for a chain. They do use some questionable oils like sunflower and soybean but overall it's "real food."

Shake Shack uses so much sodium in their food. I'm surprised Bobby picked there. Take a look at their nutrition facts. Definitely not the best option.

He only does stores or fast food that are national chains that will be relatable to most of his viewers. some guy in Idaho isn't going to have a clue what Joseph's is. He won't even do Publix because it's too regional.... You and I just happen to live in Bobby's home town. I do shop at Josephs a lot though!!
Who goes to the mall anymore? And how well does his immunity tea and other products work when he and his family get sick more than anyone I know in person or virtual.
