- 09/11/2021 - Police conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle for an improper lane change. When they approach the vehicle, the driver, Tobian, decides to make things incredibly difficult. She will continue to be uncooperative before starting to dance for no apparent reason. After being put in the car, she decides yell at the officer. This stop escalated quickly at continues getting worst as the incident unfolds. Make sure to stay until the end to see the outcome of the case.

It's ridiculous the amount of charges dropped when there is overwhelming evidence against them. The prosecutors don't wanna work hard so they make plea deals. Then these people never learn. Probation over and over.
I agree. I've seen, and I'm many other viewers, have seen much, much worse (resisting, spitting, kicking, weapons/drugs found etc) and at least 1 or more of the charges are dropped. She deserved to be arrested, because she was out of control, but other than a night in jail, would make a judge think this was "justice"?
