MAGNIFICENT. I read the Plagueis book at least five times and then the audiobook came out and It just blew me away. This is what we want as Star Wars fans. Thank you thank you thank you please make more.
When people say "star wars is dead" because of some crappy star wars movies and shows, I never believe them. Because this here, is proof, that it is not dead. It is very much alive in the hearts of fans who enjoyed it and wanted it to excel.
Dude you are incredibly underrated. Your camera angles and framing is spot on. It's crazy you're doing all this with the Jedi Academy engine. Can't wait for more
I "absolutely" love these they are amazing. Imo the audiobook voice of Plagueis (Daniel Davis) is unparalleled. I'm actually real decent at his voice from it. Long shot, but you want me to send over an audio of me doing his voice? Of course, mad respect and props to Lord Krit's version in these past couple vids, its great too. I'd be honored to do his voice though if interested. Much Love in the Force. ⚡️
@Galaxyx341 Read? What is that? Who gives more shape to sentient history? The good, who adhere to the tride and true? Or those who seek to rouse beings from their stupor...and lead them to glory.
It feels wonderful to have a SW product of quality. This adaptation is awesome. The most exicting thing about your Darth Plagueis, Endgame and Laberynth of Evil videos is that they are not fanfilms but true canon stories from the original EU and aproved by George Lucas (he came with the idea to Luceno that Plagueis was a Muun).
@@villadavid1997 Yes, he didn't read most of them but he gave them advice and approval and told them what to do and what not to do. Like when he said they could get ride of Chewbacca but not Han or Leia in the Yuuzan Vong war or when he wanted to make a game with Darth Talon and Darth Maul but they told him that Talon couldn't be in that era because she was from Legacy 100 years later so he suggested that Maul could be a clone of the original. George Lucas wouldn't need to change that if he didn't considered the comicbooks from the EU canon, didn't he? Also, George Lucas wanted to use Jan Dursema's Quinlan Vos in the Revenge of the Sith movie (deleted scene, sadly that didn't make it out) and told her to not make him passing away because he wanted to use him later for the show Underworld. Again, why would he told her to do that if it weren't canon and didn't matter? The most important proof that he considered it canon is when he was asked about Disney's Episode VII and he said these exact words "The original Saga was about the father, the children, and the grandchildren. That’s not a secret to anybody, it’s even in the novels and everything." refering with "grandchildren" to Jaina and Jacen Solo and that Disney weren't going to use his story but to create a new one (Rey's). He said the novels, so there is no debate. His words are absolute over the opinion or any other person. Episode III RotS had a lot of references to the 2D Clone Wars show, the many Republic comic books, the novel Labyrinth of Evil. If you didn't enjoyed them there are "weird" sentences and concepts like "The Sith we were looking for" that is from the Republic comicbooks because Quinlan Vos insisted that there was a second Lord Sith that wasn't Dooku and he thought Sora Bulk could be and they mentioned him about his troops in Boz Pity. You are just making it up because of a biased opinion that started from those who were lazy and didn't want to read books and comicbooks and just went with the self-deception of "only what is on TV is canon, because it's more easy for me to watch something than reading" to not feel like they were skiping stories. Also Kenneth C. Flint said on video recently that when he worked in the original Lucasfilm, nobody there used the terms "canon" or "non-canon" because they assumed that everything that was made was canon. The only person who said otherwise was Filoni when he worked for Disney, the same guy who 99% of what he made was stolen from other authors and lied about his Darth Maul in the 3D show and George Lucas daughter had to "correct" him in the making off of the show saying that that wasn't true. Enjoy the weird Gollum Darth Plagueis from Disney's canon, I will stick with the original that George Lucas approved. The real canon stories.
Love the setting design of Plagieus’ compound, really feels like the book came to life. I also loved the small detail of their lightsabers interacting with the rain making mist. Amazing! Thank you for your work, I’m always happy to see it
This is the story what Star Wars fans want to watch. Exciting story, nice dialogs, perfect sound effects. Unfortunatelly The Acolyte could not make the feeling like these animations. Very good job! :)
I chalk it down to them both being raised in aristocracy or in highest echelons of galactic society therefore they naturally posses a regal accent due to the families they were born into & environment in which they were raised
What if Tenebrous's plan worked: What if Plagueis met Anakin in Ep1 before his death (as he wanted when they arrived in Corusant), so when Tenebrous used his foresight (after he had died, in Plagueis's body) he didn't see his death, but rather their meeting, and went on to possess Anakin.
@@genio2509A combination of Tenebrous' intelligence mixed with Anakin's Potential would've made him an unstoppable force. He also would've merged supercomputers with the Dark Side thus creating a network that would've been able to provide for every galactic citizen.
People really don’t get just how big of a deal that sidious was so afraid to fight plagues , besides the obvious few people that could kill sidious , plagues had the best chance because plagues was so fast in a lightsaber duel , plagues was actually faster then both sidious and mace during their fight in the movie , sidious had to literally get plagues drunk so that he could kill him . Plagues is one of the strongest Sith Lords .
one thing I like this part is how the light saber react to rain drops, and Lucas version has no debris spraying all around when both opposing light sabers collide and it cut well the trooper in half.
Always thought venamis was underrated tenebrous second apprentice and potential son I bet plagueis was regretting not taking him in instead of palpatine
I like what you've done, and I do like the voice acting and casting, and this is one of my favorite Star Wars novels adapted; my only input would be to possibly pull back on the voice filtering for Plagueis; since this is before his breathing apparatus is installed, his voice shouldn't sound so mechanical. (And I understand, it's to make him sound more Dark Side influenced, but the Muuns spoke fairly "normal", aside from their accent and their high-class tone). Otherwise, I really like it. It's a good rendition of the audiobook's version, close enough to perfection.
Plagueis doesn't have a voice filter on other then pitch shift. It also makes his voice sound a little bassy which was the goal. We already do have a voice filter for when he has his apparatus on, it will be in the first scene in the cave.
It's funny. Tenebrous did not die normally, as is known. That's why Venamis didn't feel it. So who is more suspicious and smart, Plagueis or Venamis...
This is a lot better than the acolyte show already. Kudos to you. 💯 this is more entertaining than the first six episodes of that garbage Disney+ produced.
Nice. Is that The Sun Guard protecting Plagueis? I think you might've ruined the ending of, The Acolyte, for me. I don't think that miniseries will give Us something this good, in the end.
That’s a nice story you got there, Darth Plagueis. Sure would be a shame if a bunch of talentless hacks at a studio took you and your and story ruined it for their glorified fanfic of a series.
Plagueis shall have to prove himself!
The legend himself.
Hey theory
Why couldn't disney give us this!?!?!? I'd have paid $200 a month for my subscription!!!!!
I knew I recognized your voice as Venamis😅
drop off, you like this but don't like the acolyte.. you are a hack.
*Darth Venamis: "I will avenge his death and become the Sith Lord he knew you could never be"*
Woah that was harsh words
This voice actor is doing a great job as Plagueis
He sounds like a slightly different count dookoo
agreed i think the plageuis voice is solid
The voice of Plagueis is epic. My respects to the voice actor.
That’s Jonathan Davis

Good very Good. Another classic for the history books

I have a THEORY who might be voicing Venamis ;)
Thought u were gonna strip the voice straight from the novels but this works too 🔥
"Darth" Venamis: from secret apprentice of Darth Tenebrous, to Darth Plagueis' lab rat.
Again you nailed it! Great job Krit!
excellent work man, looking forward to seeing the next episode.
Love the detail of the raindrops vapourising on contact with the lightsabers, perfect touch.
Star Wars Theory voicing Venamis?? Noiice
Lmao it really is
Fantastic work again!! Feels like Star wars!!

Darth Tenebrous was a naughty boy. He was only supposed to train one apprentice. But he trained a second one.
What ultimately happens to Venamis is probably the darkest fate in Star Wars, ever.

Venamis sounds a bit like Cell, in his imperfect form.

I disagree
Plagueis sounds amazing 🤩
I wish the new sith in the acolyte was either venamis or plagueis
The voice is downright. If you listen to Muuns they have a jittery in their voice or they don't sound natural all the time.
Sadly Plagueis didn't have the power Maaaaaaaaaany!
It is so beautiful. I'm so happy to finally see scenes from the book.
Disney and Lucasfilm really can't make a series like this in the new Canon with the Darth Plagueis novel?
Because they're allergic to good things apparently.
Not enough powerful wymun of color i guess
When will you do What if Padme survived?
I imagined him with Voldemorts voice from the films
When will Episode 1 happen?
