In 2007, as a 5th grader, I was playing Soldat religiously and also made some mods, my first contact with game "development" (swapping sprites, lol). 13 years later and here I am, a Unity developer watching MM develop Soldat 2 in Unity. Love it. Keep it up MM!

You should consider doing UI/UX testing. The UI can make or break a game.
I would recommend you book about coding style, in Java there is for example "Clean code". I stopped and analyze the code. Maybe think about 4 eyes principle, but than you need coworker ;-)
Probably you can make Jenkins build parallel for Mac, Windows, Linux - it will speed it up.
The last book on programming I read was Pragmatic Programmer and it changed a lot for the good. It's probably the same principles as in Clean Code.

I know it is hard, but will there be anti-cheat? Because that kinda ruined Soldat for me back in the day.
There'll be a lot more anti-cheat measures in S2.
i speak russian and i came across ur devlog series when i saw "soldat" means "soldier" . i like making game aswell
