I am extremely happy with my ASUS pg32ucdm and I would never go for matt screen smear over my beautiful clear picture that I got on my ASUS pg32ucdm
@@Trip4w I feel the same way about my PG32UCDM but a lot of users on Reddit are saying the coating has been improved from the 27GR95QE/27GS95QE so I’ll have to get hands on before declaring it the worst thing ever like my 27GR95QE was haha.
@@Trip4w few reviews have said the lg looks exactly the same as the asus. i dont think the matt finish will really make a difference

Great Vid here and enjoyed your 34 review as well. Thanks for pointing out the 32 doesn't have picture in picture. Thats a crazy useful feature when working from home so that sealed the deal for me getting a 34!
Thanks for adding dimensions. My desk also has a depth of 70cm and it is attached to back wall, so good to see how close I will be to monitor.
I've been putting off a monitor upgrade. I upgraded my PC last year. I'll consider this one. I trust LG and have a few of their products.

I prefer the 32 inch as it's a better all round monitor due to the 4K resolution speakers and a better PPI

This is exactly the screen I've been waiting for for so long. 4k hdr 240hz real black and matte. I've tried glosses but I can't stand bright white ones. However, I won't spend more than €950 on a screen, especially when we compare it to OLED TVs which are at that price. I will wait again or I will take it second hand

I know it's probably been addressed, but I have to ask. Any significance behind that screensaver? It's quite colorful, and artistic.. but that's a legendary car in the US. A friend of mine had one for a while. Been wondering for a while now if it was a random choice, or if you might happen to be a fan of that particular vehicle
It's just a wallpaper I really liked with vivid colours perfect when reviewing monitors 👌

During Black Friday this year I'll be deciding between this LG version and the ASUS Dual Mode version. Although I have a feeling this one will be a bigger discount especially since LG are the ones providing the screens anyway.
Question, is the 1080p 480Hz mode native 1080p or is it down scaled? I do expect the 1080p to not look sharp, but I do wonder.
The 1080p resolution looks scaled down so doesn't look as sharp.

Maybe in 10 years. Since it will have to be 8k for high ppi.
How did you find the 32inch 4k to the 39 inch ultrawide? I'm really thinking of the 39 inch you previously reviewed but 32inch 4k looks wide enough already and I'm scared it might be too wide? Thanks. Especially since I use it for gaming only, I don't need multiple windows open

You'd connect the ps5 to the monitor via a hdmi cable if that's what you mean 🤔

they have no "burn in warranty" can that be? thats a no go for me.
Kudos to LG for putting it on a flat and sturdy base that I can put items on top of. Hopefully they will release 240hz versions of their OLED TVs in 2-3 years.

8:50 "So smooth at 240Hz" while the game runs at 80 :D You don't need a "decent" graphics card, you need unlocked, overclocked, watercooled 4090 and you still won't get 240+, unless running some potato graphics or playing Counter Strike. Just saying...

Its a greate monitor but when u guys doing review I really don't understand why no one evere mention about problems related to eyes and headpain... Yes Im not trolling or something, I have just give back my aus oled.. why? Because sadly its impossible to me to stay more then 40min and have no issues with head pain... and looking on forums, Im not the only one... so I was forced to get back to play on my ips.. very sad I cant enjoy this tech

im not sold on OLED monitors, until they have a minium of 450 nits. OLED is great if you're a hermit playing in a dark room, but i also need a bright monitor for work and other productivity stuff.
