Hmm. I’m gonna try these. For a while these biomechanical exercises didn’t work for me because of the serious amount of tension I had. I mean just wild, everywhere, constantly, couldn’t breathe. Feldenkrais and TRE have really helped, so now just trying to get some little annoyances that keep the tension going a bit to dissipate. Fingers crossed
Guys, check out low pressure fitness. 3 days and I made more progress in controling my ribcage and core than in last few years. It's basically vacuum pose with movement, amazing. From all the knowledge I gained from here and other people, made me understand posture and movement completly different and what i seem to notice all around. The core musculature is properly working only when the rib cage is aligned in proper position and learn finding center of gravity, those my biggest points. Thank you, Man. Sincerely.
Greg man, you are helping me tons! Your delivery, the chill approach and the very matter of fact calm demeanor… so helpful for not getting caught in biomechanics OCD. Your experience of getting lost in that spiral and finding your way out shows through in the way you share material now, it’s excellent sir.
Every time i start weightlifting (also with light weight), my pelvic floor muscles became extremely tight which causes different problems so I have to stop training after few days. I assume it is an muscular imbalance that lead to this, meaning that the pelvic floor is taking too much unnecessary pressure from other muscles + incorrect breathing. Anal fissures+lower back pain. Could it be the case? The doctors tend to fix the symptoms but are not interested in the root cause.
I might get around to this but in this case, something like a sumo deadlift could work well or really anything that biases ER at the posterior pelvis. Propulsive activities like plyos are good for both cases if appropriately progressed.

can you link pls?
When I sit on the floor with my legs crossed, my right knee always sits higher than my left. Would that be a pelvic floor issue?

Perfect timing I’m severely constipated due to sway back posture and cervical kyphosis which has thrown off my whole body

Hard to say but I would look at center of mass as a primary point of emphasis.
You mentioned if there is not enough activity back there we need different exercises, do you have a video on this? Or plan to make one? :)

Thanks for another video. You're doing an amazing job as always. More power to you!
Would love to see a video on PEC/Patho PEC.
Thank you, Greg!
