The European research project "Q-Shift" is a joint research project of the University of St.Gallen, the University of Lund, the University of Copenhagen, and Charité Berlin. The aim is to provide a first detailed overview of a very new technology, namely quantum computing and quantum AI, and its social, economic, ethical, and legal implications. In our video, Prof. Dr. Miriam Meckel, Dr. Lea Steinacker, Prof. Dr. Surjo Soekadar, and Dr. Aurelija Lukoseviciene give insights and discuss the transformative potential of the new technology.
In our video series "In the Lab", we shed light on research projects in the making, provide insights into initial interim results and show where the research journey is headed.
Im Labor: Q-Shift
Das europäische Forschungsprojekt «Q-Shift» ist ein gemeinsames Forschungsprojekt der Universität St. Gallen, der Universität Lund, der Universität Kopenhagen und der Charité Berlin. Das Projekt erarbeitet einen ersten, detaillierten Überblick über eine neue Technologie - Quantencomputing und Quanten-KI - und ihre sozialen, ökologischen, ethischen und rechtlichen Auswirkungen.
